Description

Perched at the tip of a small peninsula in El Vado Lake, Pinon Beach offers off-the-hook camping. Boat on the lake and tuck into the nearby quiet cove to catch some trout and kokanee salmon. Located in New Mexico’s northern mountains, the campground sits at over 7,000 feet in elevation, making it a cool spot in to beat the summer heat, as well as a winter recreation destination!
