Tucked underneath towering hemlocks and pines, this gorgeous Northwoods gem boasts a mix of glamping, cabins, and camping, all along the banks of the Peshtigo River. Enjoy a private hiking trail along the river, a sand volleyball court, horseshoes, and excellent fishing. In summer, you’ll find wild blackberries and raspberries growing throughout the property. In fall, the beech, maples, and aspen put on a spectacular display of fall colors. At night, enjoy a fire at your site and take in incredible stargazing thanks to the area’s dark skies. The outpost is shared with other guests, but the property is private to those staying here, ensuring a peaceful, nature-filled experience. Every campsite and glamping cabin has a private firepit and picnic table. For those seeking a little rush of adrenaline, you're in the right place! Guided whitewater rafting, climbing, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding trips are available to book at the same outpost as your stay.

Campsite 1 is a shaded site right along the banks of the Peshtigo River. Guests can enjoy riverside hiking and fishing without needing to leave the site! Other guests may be visible due to the minimal underbrush, but sites are spaced far enough apart to ensure some privacy. Guests have access to potable water, an outhouse, and a communal showerhouse with hot showers & flush toilets.

Campsite 7 is a huge, shaded site a short walk from the Peshtigo River. This site has a water spigot and 15amp electric hookup. Can accomodate up to a 32 foot motor home, but is is NOT a pull through! It requires some tight maneuvering through trees for large rigs. Guests can enjoy riverside hiking and fishing along the beautiful Peshtigo River. Other guests may be visible due to the minimal underbrush, but sites are spaced far enough apart to ensure some privacy. The communal showerhouse with hot showers and flush toilets is a short walk away.

This romantic tiny house is tucked away in a serene hemlock forest, perched atop a massive boulder, and steps away from the Peshtigo River. The upstairs loft features a comfy queen bed with a forest view. Downstairs, enjoy a minifridge, microwave, breakfast bar with a picture window, and comfy futon, as well as a private picnic table and firepit. There is no attached bathroom or kitchen. The communal showerhouse is a short walk away! Bedding is provided for up to 2, but please bring your own bath towels for the showerhouse. The Boulder Creek Tiny House is located at Wildman Resort's Peshtigo River Outpost, a collection of campsites and cabins tucked into a bend of the Peshtigo River. While the Outpost is shared with other guests, it is private to those staying here, meaning you can relax without crowds. Enjoy a riverside hiking trail, incredible on-site fishing in the Peshtigo, a sand volleyball court, horseshoes, and a beautifully peaceful property.

Sleep beneath the stars with a built-in skylight, relax on a queen bed or pull-out couch, and enjoy the convenience of heat, electricity, Keurig, and a mini-fridge. Outside, unwind by your fire pit with a cooking grate or gather at the outdoor picnic table for meals. Perched on a platform above a small creek that feeds into the Peshtigo River. Bedding included, BYO towels! The Yurt is located at Wildman Resort's Peshtigo River Outpost, a collection of campsites and cabins tucked into a bend of the Peshtigo River. While the Outpost is shared with other guests, it is private to those staying here, meaning you can relax without crowds. Enjoy a riverside hiking trail, incredible on-site fishing in the Peshtigo, a sand volleyball court, horseshoes, and a beautifully peaceful property. There is no attached bathroom at the Yurt. Utilize the campground showerhouse a short walk away for hot showers, running water, and flush toilets.
