Lake Road Campground is a small RV park nestled along the breathtaking Mississippi River just off Wisconsin's Great River Road in the Village of Trempealeau. Family-owned and operated, our campground is a little slice of heaven, with nearby access to the river, lakes, hiking trails, Trempealeau's historic downtown, local supper clubs, and more. Located 1 minute from the Trempealeau Boat Launch, our visitors enjoy fishing and boating on the river. You walk 5 minutes from your site to watch barges come in through Lock and Dam, and you can hear the whistle of frequent trains - the full Mississippi River experience!

Very centrally located little gem of an RV park with lots of shade trees. There are so many sites nearby and the Mississippi River is within sight. Nice, clean bathroom with large shower stall. Owners are very responsive as well.

Lake Road is a spot that had a cute camp store and laundry, with bathroom/showers. Our site was quaint. The trains that went by made me feel like home. The host was great and answered the phone quickly. We had a great time.
