Beautiful nature escape. We are surrounded by the Monongahela National Forest and many state parks including Beartown SP, Droop Mtn Battlefield SP, Watoga SP, Greenbrier River Trail, Cranberry Glades, and the Scenic Highway. Guests will need a car to get around the neighborhood. No restaurants nearby. Limited groceries locally. Shopping and restaurants in Lewisburg--45min. or Marlinton 40min. drive. Please plan accordingly and buy necessary groceries and items in Lewisburg or Marlinton before you arrive. A small selection of snacks and pantry items are for sale at the lodge.

      This is a unique and special place. You are remote - the drive there, view and scenery at the site are beautiful. The plus is two scenic state parks, Beartown and Droop Mountain both are only a few miles away and must-sees while there.
