In The Forest Secluded
Amazing property to have a peaceful stay in nature and try some great homemade whiskey. Used this as a base camp for some epic all day hiking nearby and the tent and bed were very cozy. The outdoor heated shower is a huge plus! Would def come back and recommend! Stephen is a wonderful host and we enjoyed meeting him.

From our glamp site, the only sound or sights was nature, even a deer (from a safe distance).Well shaded site and plenty of area close by for star gazing. EVERYTHING is provided, but food. My husband and I have been camping for the last 20+ yrs. And have also stayed in a variety of hotels and resorts. This has to be my favorite. Stephen is very friendly and helpful. Wonderful place to chill - and there are yummy whiskeys to sample.

Camping at Stephens site was amazing! He had everything we needed ready to go for us in a nice private location. The shower was a game changer! Bed was comfy too. There is very little cell reception so be ready for that. Also grab a bite to eat at the Candlewyck Inn in Keyser if you have a chance while there. It was top notch. The guy there even knew Stephen when we told him where we were staying. Thanks Stephen!

Yet another fantastic experience! My husband and I loved camping here so much we came back this year with my sister, and we all had a great time relaxing and exploring. The site was well-maintained and was so nice and peaceful. The hot shower was a treat, too, and we had plenty of firewood (included with the price of the site.) There is also plenty of room to set up additional tents. Chatting with Stephen in his distillery was a lot of fun- visit him, try the free samples, and take home a couple of bottles as souvenirs! (Come for the whiskey, and stay for one of the friendliest distillery cats you'll ever meet, a friendly little guy named Mr. Thumbs.) This is one of our favorite camping/glamping spots so far, and we look forward to coming back to visit again.

A great experience!! We took a short walk at night and saw tons of stars! The area feels private and is pretty quiet except for a few cars going down a road I couldn't see. The tent is roomy enough to really stretch out in! The bed is firm and stable. The next day we had a nice time meeting Stephen and tasting some of his distilled spirits!

Gorgeous campsite packed full of amenities! The host thought of everything, from the tent set up with a bed, blankets, spare towels and coffee, to the waterproof Tupperware with plates and utensils. If you stay here, you basically just need to bring your own food and clothing. The distillery on site was really cool, and Stephen was such a nice guy. Perfect anniversary get-away for my husband and me.

To start we were running late coming from Pittsburgh, and even though Steven had a serious family emergency to tend to out of state, he waited patiently to give us the distillery tour and gave us a special private tasting of his homemade spirits.
Then the site. Very nice section of wilderness. Peaceful. Real cool outdoor hot shower. Huge tent with comfy bed and room for additional sleeping bags(we had 4 of us. Overall amazing experience. Hope to get back again.

This was a great weekend get away! Peace and quite. The tent was nice, spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable, and Stephen had the fire all set and ready to go for lighting. He also provided all the utensils and cooking supplies. The tastings were delicious, the gin especially!

This is an absolute gem! The glamping sites are extremely comfortable and the pictures don't do the property justice. Also the distillery on the site is amazing. 5/5 stars through and through.
