Nestled on a beautiful, wooded hillside overlooking the Shenandoah Valley, is the getaway cabin you've been looking for! Take in the sunsets over the Shenandoah Valley from the beautiful deck or from the cozy sunroom. With the help of our newly remodeled steam shower, this cabin has everything you need to rest, relax, and reconnect. It’s perfect for couples and small families. It sits just a short drive from historic Harpers Ferry, where you will find plenty of fun activities. The cabin sits on just under an acre with a lot full of georgous rocks to climb and explore. The yard includes a firepit area to sit, relax, and roast your marshmallows. The cabin has an open floor plan, allowing plenty of space to play games, share meals, and just relax. Connect with nature as many deer and other wild life often wonder right up to the front door. This cabin also sits just up the road from the Mountain Lake Club where you will find live music, good food, beach lake access, and plenty of summer fun! Alta Vista is Pet Friendly. See policy below. Harper's Ferry Cabin
We never used the steam shower but the house was cozy, TVs in the bedroom with lots of options for kids. Bedding was soft and comfy. Loved the back porch overlooking the hill where you can watch a beautiful sunset. Fire pit was a hit as well! We tried to pitch a tent for the kids but the house is on a pretty sloped hill so it didn’t turn out as planned.
