Highly Recommend

This was a really fantastic first HipCamp experience! From the lil grey tabby cat homie who greeted us & immediately jumped in the car to the really well maintained facilities and wood splitting axe (hell yeah!!) for firewood. We hoped to arrive before night but traffic was rough & we made some longer stops along the way, still getting settled in was a breeze. We stopped at the co-op grocery in Harrisonburg & got some camp fire food plus a bottle of local hard cider. It was a really ideal place for this dinner. The cabin itself is rustic in the best way & it was a cold enough night that my partner and I really enjoyed a good cuddle, hah.

Can’t wait to go back

What a beautiful and peaceful place to relax and recharge. Everything we needed was provided, shelter with a comfortable bed, gazebo big enough for a cooking area and relax area. Plus, clean bathrooms and shower. Don’t think twice, book this place now!!!

Outdoor Common Spaces Are Awesome!

Boy, did we luck out for our October midweek visit to beautiful 1Tribe. We were the only ones there (!!), with gorgeous weather. The pavilion and fire pit were all ours for a romantic couple of nights away from the kids. Highly recommend. Clean, quiet (except for storied mooing from the locals), comfortable. C Be smart and bring blankets if you are going to the mountains in the Fall. Thank you to Travis for the warm welcome, offer of assistance and even a tour of the farm, which we will take you up on next time, and then for letting us Just Be. Thank you for sharing your space with us. We appreciate giving our money to a working farm vs hotels. Thank you so much! We'll be back.

Fantastic place to stay! Especially if exploring Shanandoah like we were. A quiet and peaceful location with plenty of great amenities and a cool property. Be sure to bring plenty of layers and some sort of light source in the colder months.

We really enjoyed staying here, just enough space for two people to have a wonderful weekend getaway. We loved the vibe of the outdoor shower and would highly recommend it for your next mountain stay. Overall it was very easy to find and we had no issue navigating the property, and we really appreciated that they supplied towels. It was very quite and peaceful 10/10

A beautiful campsite with a fantastic, attentive host. There is EVERYTHING you need here: comfy beds, toilets, black stone stove top, grill, fire pit, Velcro cat, showers--and all on a beautiful farm with excellent products and a great backstory. Definitely stay here.

We had a great experience at the cabins on 1Tribe Farm! The location was very quiet and peaceful and was convenient for our day trips hiking in Shenandoah. The beds were very comfortable and all the amenities were clean and well stocked with towels, etc. We especially loved the homemade soap they provided :) We will definitely return if we are in the area again!

We enjoyed our stay here -- the sky at night is incredible, as are the views first thing in the morning. The bathroom was clean, spacious, and heated (we didn't try the showers bc it was a tad cold in the mornings/at night). When we were here, the temperatures at night dropped into the 30s -- had we not brought our sleeping bags and an extra blanket, we probably would have been quite cold. The cabins are fairly spaced out but the noise from those hanging out by the campfire in centre/middle can carry (depending on how many people are hanging out by the fire), so consider bringing earplugs if you are sensitive to noise (music, people talking).

The cabins were cozy, the fire pit had lots of wood, the grill was ready to go, and the farm was beautiful. Listening on a farm tour, it was impressive to hear how the staff use regenerative techniques to build up the soil and grow nutritious food. We had a great time and bought some quality products from their small store to take back home.

Awesome getaway!

Our stay at 1Tribe was exactly what we needed after hiking in the mountains. There was a peaceful energy lingering in the air. The cabins were nicely decorated and extremely comfortable! Check in was convenient, we were able to make our way to our cabin right when we got there! Highly recommend this spot if your looking for a relaxing place to stay under the stars!

We loved staying here! The photos don’t do it justice, so both our cabin and the shared areas far exceeded my expectations. If we had more time on our hands, we definitely would have requested a tour of the farm and taken advantage of the many amenities (such as the firepit). Thank you for a wonderful night!

Beautiful setting, nice amenities

Beautiful and serene farm with clean bathrooms, idyllic outdoor shower, and cozy cabins with awnings and screened windows. Cabins a bit stuffy in summer and lacked electricity but the bed was comfortable and the gorgeous setting more than made up for it! Just 15m from Staunton. I loved the firepit!
