Bus#7 Luxury Tile Show Bus Camping
Amazing guest and amazing communication. The place even had an amazing propane heater and hot water to take shower. Excellent location.
The place is a little hard to find but if you’re coming off interstate 81 just find Bojangles and go past Bojangles(comes to your left) into the small town and take the first left at the first red light. You will see the gravel road to your right right there.

Very private and cozy. Perfect little weekend stay a short drive to Claytor Lake State Park. It's just what we needed! The dogs loved it too. Directions the owners provided took us straight there. Would absolutely stay here again.

Very cute little place to stay. Loved the painted interior. Very spacious and good cell service. Comfortable bed and a little town super close by in case you need anything. The shower is more of a knee-high spigot than an actual shower. I couldn’t get anything to come out of it but a spurt of dirty water, but that wasn’t a problem for us as we were only staying one night. Would recommend but just keep in mind the shower situation for Bus #23.

Quiet site. l loved the artwork on the bus. Fire ring, chairs, hammock. Portable toilet close by. Open floor space for people to sleep or stretch out.

We popped by for a quick stop on our way back up north, and were very pleased with the setup! We couldn’t get the heater to work, which was probably user error, so it was cold but overall very cosy and impressive. The toilet worked great and the shower was cool. Beautiful location!

Great concept! The propane was out on the heater so it was very cold. Bed bugs was written on the bus so that freaked me out a bit.

We Absolutely loved Bus #7 very unique experience. Definitely will be coming here again.
*Note: if you don’t like spiders bring kill on contact roach and spider spray there may be a few spiders as this is camping after all.
Aside from that, I do not have anything negative to say about this glamming experience. Audrey was the perfect host

We came down to visit our college student for their birthday. The site is very close to college campus and to local trails. We had an awesome stay and are definitely going to come back. Audrey was very responsive and answered our questions quickly. Would definitely recommend the site!

Wow, just wow! Bus #7 was the perfect end to a vacation. We rent camped for two weeks and wanted to ‘glamp’ the last two nights of our trip. It was just right for us, just enough to feel comfortable and still in tune with nature! Everything we needed was provided so we barely had to unpack anything! Our dogs and kids loved it too, we will be back!

Very special stay! Truly luxury camping. The bus is set up great for a comfortable stay, including propane heat and plenty of blankets to stay cozy on a very cold January night. Host communication was excellent, directions were easy to follow and my low sedan had no trouble with the driveway down to the site. Very convenient to i81 for a one-night stay, but would have gladly stayed longer. Highly recommend!

Bring your own wood blanket and ear plugs - was cold at night and by the interstate. Best to arrive before dark to take advantage of fire pit which seems to be the alure. Underwhelming for a quick overnight solo stay.

Just outside of Newbern, this site is glamp-tastic!
Be prepared to cut your own logs. Firewood was easy to find nearby. Bed was comfortable and the bus was warm with the provided propane heater. Had an amazing night by the fire.

What a neat little spot away from everything but close enough to run and grab supplies if needed. I stayed one night with just me and my dog Salem. I brought my own small generator for fan and lights. FYI- there are lights and a fan already supplied by the host. I gathered wood for fire, cooked vegan hot dogs on the grill, had some wine and music till night time. I do advise that the solar shower is a little different than the photo shown, but I just used the water supplied to wash off and that was good enough for me. I will come back, but maybe in fall or spring time when not too hot. If you love a short hike and water falls go to Falls of Dismal while you're there!! It was a really cool spot to visit and actually swim.

School Bus #23 was a great, unique experience for being close to nature with the luxury of having a roof over your head and a cozy bed. Audrey was a great host...friendly, helpful and great communication. In addition, my kids (2 1/2 and 4 years old) really enjoyed their stay, and had a blast with the art and crafts that are part of the bus experience. I would recommend checking it out if you’re in the area.
