Nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia, our A-frame “Triangle House” sits on 2 private, wooded acres—perfect for a peaceful getaway under the stars. While the house itself isn’t available for overnight stays, Hipcampers are welcome to pitch a tent anywhere on the property’s grassy clearings or car camp in the driveway. Wake up to mountain air, sip your coffee on the spacious porch with mountain views, and wind down at night around the outdoor fire pit—ideal for roasting marshmallows, sharing stories, and stargazing. Good to know: The driveway is steep and gravel, so please plan accordingly—longer camper vans may have difficulty getting up the hill. If you’re looking for a quiet mountain escape with plenty of fresh air, open sky, and cozy camp vibes, this spot is for you!The Triangle house in situated on 2 acres of wooded land. The Triangle house in situated on 2 acres of wooded land. Hipcampers are welcome to set up camp anywhere on the property, except for inside the house itself. We have grassy areas surrounding the house and a big porch to watch the sunrise and sunset. Theres also an outdoor fire pit to hang out, roast marshmallows, and watch the stars.

A bit of road noise. Not much.

I know I left a review earlier but wanted to expand on it since I stayed a second time. I mentioned that the property is quiet and it is. However, there is some farming equipment you may hear on the road at times. I just wanted to update as it's not 100% quiet. Still, I would stay again. Lovely place.

Relaxing beautiful property

Triangle House
I jeep camped on the property for the last week stent of my assignment in Roanoke. Its honestly very quiet and peaceful. Very private. I found the driveway manageable with 4 wheel drive. It's not bad at all. A little bumpy as described but jeep handled like a pro. I would return. Beautiful drive, property and area. Plus there's a winery just around the bend.
