Enjoy a peaceful getaway in our 16-foot yurt, perfect for 1–2 guests, situated on 19 acres in Eagle Rock, Virginia. Our property is located along the shuttle route for the Glen Wilton to Gala stretch of the James River, a popular destination for boating and fishing. Nearby attractions include Roaring Run, the Appalachian Trail, Warm Springs, and The Homestead, all within a 45-minute drive or less of our yurt. Whether you're looking for outdoor adventure or a relaxing escape surrounded by nature, our yurt offers a wonderful home base for exploring the area. 🌿🏕️

A peaceful dispersed camping area on 19 wooded acres. Hilly terrain with plenty of private flat spots to set up camp. There is a trail going through the property and flat ridge line camp spots. 4WD/AWD Only allowed to park up the short steep hill. 2wd park at bottom of short hill and walk up.

Warm and cozy Appalachian woodland getaway or Winter muskie fishing camp! Heated off-grid yurt with an XL Bluetti power station, wifi, grill, fire pit, and coffee maker. Cot for a third wheel. Pet-friendly (please don't leave pets unattended), hikeable private, wooded property 5 minutes to Glen Wilton and Gala James River Put-Ins. Roaring Run hike, Cowpasture River, Jackson River, and Craig Creek also within 10-20min drive. 4WD/AWD ONLY UPHILL! 2WD Park at spots at the bottom of the hill near the road.
