Ten-plus acres with trails and backing up to a working farm. Easy access to the Texas Wine Trail, with lots of great restaurants in Johnson City. Only 5 miles from Pedernales State Park (water seen in photos), enjoy undisturbed, beautiful hill country scenery and amazing sunsets. It's only a five-minute drive to Johnson City and about a 30-minute to Fredericksburg. Drive right up to your campsite—lots of live oak trees to choose from for shade. We have lots of Adirondacks to sit in throughout the property as well as a propane fire pit with Adirondacks that you can sit in for a fire pit experience. Great little spot not far from the highway and Johnson City. It was nice to be so close to town to grab supplies and/or pop into a restaurant.

We loved stayed on Tamara’s land! It was easy to find and provided lots of open space to setup camp. We enjoyed that it was close enough into town that we could go in and grab coffee etc. if need be but that it didn’t feel like you were near anything.
