Welcome to heaven in Central Texas. Explore 800 private acres of rolling hills, natural springs, caves, pastures, forests, and the San Saba River, featuring deep swimming holes and flowing water year-round. Wildlife is abundant, with deer, squirrels, foxes, rabbits, turkeys, bald eagles, hawks, and seasonal birds calling the property home. Endless hiking trails mean you could explore the land for days without ever seeing the same place twice. The river is incredible for swimming, canoeing, paddleboarding, kayaking, and more. Biking is a great way to experience the property, and horseback riding can be arranged for an additional fee. 3000sqft cabin with 3 bedrooms(one bunk room), 3 full baths, kitchen, grand room for gathering and indoor dining for 12. Beautiful, 2000sqft porch equipped with fire pit, chairs, picnic table with seating for 20+ or to lay on for for next level stargazing at night. Gas grill for cookouts and viewing platform where you can over a mile stretch of the San saba river. Starlink hi-speed WiFi for those who need to stay connected while near the cabin(all rooms and areas surrounding the cabin) 70” TV in the main cabin to watch the big game, and TVs also in two primary suites for the adults.
