Escape to the serene Piney Woods of East Texas. Our peaceful property offers a simple and convenient stopover for RVers and tent campers alike. Located just minutes from I-20, it’s the perfect base for exploring nearby lakes or for a quiet, relaxing stay on a long road trip. Enjoy the tranquility of a large, wooded lot in a quiet neighborhood where you just might spot a deer or two. Ready for a private, peaceful escape? Our single site is all yours—book your stay today and enjoy the calm!This single, private pull-through site features a covered carport, offering a shady spot for your RV or tent. * Dedicated Utilities: The site provides dedicated water and electric with 30 and 50 amp (NEMA 14-50) plugs, as well as four 120V plugs (15 amps max). * EV-charging friendly: This is a standard underworked RV pole. You MUST bring your own portable charing cord (EVSE) and the corresponding NEMA plug adapter for your vehicle. * Access & Shade: Space is at the front of our private residential property in a quiet neighborhood with large lots. Your space is on the front of the property, which is wooded and shaded. There is a circular paved driveway where it is easy to park an RV, and you can pull in or out in either direction.  * Dimensions: The carport is 20' wide x 26' long x 12' high. A mostly level driveway extends beyond the carport if you need more space. * View: Your view of the road, the main residence, and others will be partially, but not completely, obscured by the woods.  Important Information: * Amenities: This is a simple, no-frills site. We do not offer toileting or garbage facilities, so you will need your own waste/sewage/garbage containment system and must empty it off-site. * Wildlife: While the setting is beautiful, please watch out for copperheads and other wildlife. We are not responsible for accidents or damage. * Pet Policy: All pets must be kept on a leash. * Etiquette: No loud noise. This is a quiet neighborhood, so we ask that you respect our space and neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum and staying within your designated area. * Security: For the security of our property, we have an outdoor camera at the carport; however, please be assured that this camera is disabled as soon as possible whenever we have a guest for their privacy. Great location in a beautiful country area. Lots of shade and quiet road. I found the circle drive easy to maneuver for parking. Both elect and water hook up available. Clear directions, comfortable setting, great host communication and very reasonable price, close to amenities. It's probably not a good area to off-leash a dog since it's close to a road and no fencing but location was very close to a nice and spacious dog park.

Thanksgiving weekend, our first Hipcamp stay. The site is as described and perfect for our visit. Not having sewer hookups is a non-issue if you manage water usage. There is a CEFCO gas station a few miles south on hwy 259 that has an rv dump station for a small fee. We did not meet the host but she was quick to respond to our emails. Thank you Adrienne for the stay.

Great quiet little spot. Will definitely be back. I would warn that it is a tight fit for larger RVs. Mine is 27’ and I arrived at night so it was a little tricky getting in. I recommend entering the north entrance. The spot its self was spacious and the host was very nice.
