Beautiful camp with large flat sites. The statues and lights are beautiful, the people are super friendly and it has great amenities for a reasonable price. We will be back! Site selection is first come first serve even with a reservation, but the sites are spacious, most will easily fit a large Class A.

Well tended RV with on site owners. In range of Guadalupe and Carlsbad Caverns NPs. Great spot for sunrise/sunset/night sky enjoyment.
Site is still growing and def leans toward big rig RV support. Only one toilet/shower for entire camp and spotty wifi access are drawbacks.

Nice place to camp. Mostly quiet. It’s right on a road but there wasn’t much traffic. Bathroom and laundry room very clean. Jay was around to check in with everyone and always helpful.

Loved this rv park! Owners are very nice. Only one shower/toilet but it was very clean, had hot water, and it was never taken when we needed it. Full hookups on site. So quiet and peaceful, views of the mountains in the distance, beautiful sunsets. Dell City is 10 minutes north and if you want to eat out or get some groceries, hit Two T’s Grocery Store - family owned, very nice people and great food. 30 min to most Guadalupe NP hikes, 1 hr to Carlsbad cavern. Great spot!

The property owner, Jay, was nice and helpful. Held up here during a snow storm. It’s about an hour 15 minutes away from Carlsbad and Guadalupe Mt. National Parks. The closest town is Dell City which is an agricultural town with two small grocery stores for necessities. Otherwise, make sure you have food, diesel, propane, etc. closest big town is El Paso about 80 miles away. Nice hookups and WiFi.

Just stayed one night so it was a quick visit but it was very well taken care of. The bathroom and laundry room were nice. The view was so pretty. Dell City was very friendly. It is right next to the road but very little traffic.

Mountain View is a small tidy RV park. There did not appear to be any permanent residents in the park. There are cute statues of wildlife dotted around the sites. The sites are well spaced for an RV park with desert-scaping between. There is an unobstructed view of the mountain. The owner is friendly and lives near the park.

This was a nice campground, connections worked well and even had a good Mountain View from our site. There is nothing in this area so if you are staying out here this might be the best rv location for several miles. We will stay here again when we go back to Guadalupe.

We had a great experience camping at jays land, I would highly recommend to camp here or even rv camping. And the bathroom and shower were really clean. We can’t wait to come back and camp again.

This is my second stay here! Jay is a fabulous host and he has gone above and beyond with the campsites to name them unique and cool wirh the bronze animals and lantern lights and super clean nice bath house. Not only is the hospitality great , the views of the Guadalupe mountains are stunning with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Perfect place to stay if you are visiting Carlsbad , Guadalupe Mountains, and White Sands National Parks.

The park is new and currently has 12 full hook-up sites, with more being constructed.
There are animal sculptures and elegant lighting, a laundry house with two top-load washers, two dryers, a detergent machine and change machine. The owner, Jay, is as nice as his park.
And the best part is, it is waaay out there.
About 9 miles from Dell City (Pop 220, with a small "grocery" and a couple small restaurants.
I think I saw one or two places for gas/diesel.
At $30/night, $175/week, it is a bargain.

I loved camping here, it was a wonderful experience. The camp site felt very safe and Jay took extra time and care to make the site clean and taken care of. Best campsite I've been too for sure!

Great Campsite! Tent pads were perfect with a picnic table, water spigot, parking area, and nice gravel to set up on. Quick 30 minute drive over to Guadeloupe National Park or 1 hour to Carlsbad. Clean bathrooms, hot showers and a laundry room make Mountain View RV park the perfect hub for a West Texas Vacation.

Loved staying here. The space is thoughtfully set up, feels welcoming, and both the grounds and restroom were very clean. The mountain views are beautiful, and the host was very accommodating.

This place was quiet and peaceful at night. The view of the Guadalupe Mountains at dusk was breathtaking. There's plenty of stargazing at night as there's no light pollution. The facilities were great. Very clean and organized space overall. We enjoyed chatting with the host as well.

We enjoyed our stay at Jay's campsite. Location was easy to find and provided easy access to Guadalupe Mountains NP about 30 minutes away. The bathroom was super clean, and there is a laundry room as well. Would definitely stay again!

Mountain View RV Park is a great RV park. Jay was a great owner and host.
The site was a nice size. The bathroom and shower was very nice and clean. The laundry room was very nice and clean. The view from the RV park was nice as well.
I will stay at Mountain View RV park again when I am in the area.

This campground was very clean and super cute. I love the decorations. We stayed in a tent site. The ground was level and the thick layer of gravel made staking the tent easy. The bathroom was close by and very clean. The park was easy to find and quiet. I’ll definitely stay here again!
