Shared shower and composting toilet with our Yurts. Comfortable queen bed. Fire pit, grill with utensils, drinking water, dishwashing station, and a picnic table all at the site. Small space heater provided for winter months. Very private. 30 mins from GNP. Absolutely No Check In After 9PM**** (outside primitive heated shower) Bring your towel. No music. Quiet hrs 9PM-6AM. No children under 12 or pets. 2 person max.

Two-person max. Off grid yurt (no power or heat) at the base of the Guadalupe Mountains. 40 yards away from parking area. Water at the site for dishes. Drinking water on site. Grill and fire pit. YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN FIREWOOD AND CHARCOAL. Picnic table and trash receptacle at the site. Clean bathroom shared with one other site. Real twin beds, fresh linens, and pillows. Excellent cell. The space Off grid yurt (no power, no heat, bring a way to charge your phone) located just minutes from a hikers paradise. The yurt is 4m around (13ft) and approximately 8.5 ft tall. It is 3 feet smaller than our other yurts but provides a calmer atmosphere durring higher winds and it stays slightly warmer in the colder months. It is a cozy, tight, atmosphere. The yurt is approximately 30 yards away from parking area on a well lit manicured path. Toted Dell City water at the site for dishes. drinking water. Wood provided for fire pit and grill. We provide enough wood for one good fire(YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN FIREWOOD AND CHARCOAL. WE DO NOT SELL IT.) . Picnic table and trash receptacle at the site. Clean, nice composting toilet. Real twin beds. No mats on the floor for our guests! Nice mattress with fresh linens, blankets, pillow, and comforter. Battery and solar lights in and out. Excellent cell signal

Amazing Mts. views. AC & Heat. The cabin has power. Fridge & freezer, coffee pot, microwave, utensils, plates & cups. Shared shower and composting toilet. Comfortable queen bed & fold out leather sofa. Fire pit, grill w/ utensils, drinking water, dishwashing station, and a picnic table all at the site. Small heater provided for winter months. Very private. 30 mins from GNP The space This is a very comfy cabin in the middle of this untamed area. The cabin is extremely private. We provide dishes, silverware, & coffee cups as well. This is a very natural & wild area. You will hear coyotes, see kangaroo rats, a large number of cotton tailed bunnies & jack rabbits, as well as, other wildlife in the area. The view of the night sky & the mountains are amazing. The shower is an outside shower. Very primitive but extremely clean & effective. Same with the restroom. 30 minute drive to Guadalupe Mountains National Park, 45 minutes to Carlsbad Caverns, & less than 30 minutes to the Salt Basin Dunes. Some folks lately have been surprised at how remote this location is. We are in the middle of nowhere. I want to make that very clear. That is actually the whole point of this place. No Uber Eats, no Applebee's around the corner. We have 2 neighbors in a 10 mile radius. We do have Dell City 15 minutes away that has gas, some groceries, and some food. We are just frustrated by getting 4's all the time on location because there is not a Chipotle at the end of our dirt road. What we do have are clear night skies with no light pollution. Shooting stars everywhere. The Miky Way

All major hikes at the park are 28 minutes away. You can't find closer access to the park with these sort of accommodations. So if this is what you are looking for our location is a "6" and this is your place.
