Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.
New business on Route 66. Shaded primitive camping site and an RV site (electrical only) available. This is all brand new so we're still working to get things going. We're here to accommodate travelers passing through with inexpensive overnight options as they go down Route 66. Our primary business is our gift shop but we're trying to meet the needs of travelers as well. No onsite restroom available yet but it's a short walk/bike ride/ car ride to public restrooms but we recommend discussing this ahead of time. RVs need to be self sufficient but we have one site with electricity available.A site located at Moonshine Motorsports Museum Texas' gateway to the west or the last stop on Texas' Route 66 headed east. Right on the edge of a town with plenty of things to see and do while you stay with us. We'd love to see you in our gift shop of course and allow us to be your local or Route 66 guides as you travel. Come see the world famous U Drop Inn Conoco station and historic bus stop turned information center and BBQ restaurant. Plenty of shopping and dining options for all tastes just a short walk, ride, or drive away.

The place is very large and spacious, and it perfectly met our need to spend one night with electricity. There is no water or sewage available on-site, but the host was very attentive and guided me regarding this beforehand. Since my only requirement at the time was electricity, it worked out great for me. I highly recommend it and would definitely return.

This is a difficult property to review. It is parking behind a commercial building in a town. That said, it was very quiet, safe-feeling, and the owner was pleasant and helpful; and for an affordable price. Sure beats stopping at a rest area or truck stop!

Great spot for a quick stop. Cool little store, ample paved area for your RV and they even have a small outdoor movie theater, really fun. Though still in development we would recommend checking it out.
