Choose between a cabin or RV experience, both with a fenced pen for your furry friend (supervision required). We're close enough to enjoy sightseeing and local attractions, yet far enough from the city lights to enjoy a sky full of stars. Located just off a major road, you'll have access to a walkable neighborhood or can take a short drive to nearby parks for hiking and adventures at Canyon Lake. Relax and take in the views overlooking a neighboring ranch, where wildlife often wanders by, or unwind in the shared outdoor gazebo. Enjoy day trips to wineries, breweries, distilleries, shopping, floating the river, and several nearby wedding venues. We're not completely isolated, and that's part of the charm. If you're interested in trying camping or glamping without the hustle and bustle of a resort, this is the perfect place for you—a peaceful break from city life without feeling remote. Cats, chickens, insects, deer, and the occasional armadillo or porcupine wander through the property. The neighboring ranch, which shares our back fence, often has cattle grazing nearby. We live on-site and enjoy the country atmosphere while being just a short drive from everything we need. Escape to this serene retreat, perfect for explorers and family adventures. Nestled on the edge of the Hill Country and just minutes from Canyon Lake, you'll trade lakefront crowds for a peaceful setting with deer, chickens, and local wildlife. Unwind on the porch and soak in the sounds of nature. We're just a short drive from Spring Branch and Bulverde, with easy access to Wimberley, San Marcos, San Antonio, Austin, Luckenbach, Fredericksburg, local wedding venues, and Hill Country wineries. Jolly Cabin sits on what we call Jolly Ranch. It in an unrestricted subdivision, private and quiet enough to hear wildlife and see the stars, but close enough to enjoy all the surrounding areas have to offer. This is NOT an isolated cabin and sits on a shared piece of land, with our other site rental and our own spot. This cabin is rustic, but boasts the amenities of home, for those that dabble in outdoors, but do not want to actually sleep in them. The screened porch is a great, lesser insect, way to view all the space has to offer. With a small penned yard, the dogs or children can enjoy and a shared larger space to explore. Escape to this serene cabin, perfect for explorers & family adventures. Nestled on the edge of Hill Country & minutes from Canyon Lake. Trade lake views for a peaceful retreat with deer, chickens, & local wildlife. Unwind on the porch & soak in the sounds of nature. Just a short drive to Spring Branch/ Bulverde, with easy access to Wimberley, San Marcos, San Antonio, Austin, Luckenbach, Fredericksburg, wedding venus, & Hill Country wineries. **Please inquire about longer stays IF interested. The entire house except the storage room. No laundry for use. You may walk anywhere respecting the boundaries of the property, the other site, and owner in the back. (The back area is restricted, as posted, unless invited back.) We live quietly at the back of the property and fully respect your privacy. You're welcome to reach out if you need anything during your stay, but otherwise, we’ll leave you to relax and enjoy your time at JollyRanch. (We will engage if you initiate.) For longer stays, if maintenance is needed, a time will be arranged.

Give that RV life a try. On a shared 1 acre lot. 35 foot RV with front queen bedroom and back bunk and couch fold out. (Accomodates 6, but best for 4 or smaller children beyond 4.) A tent, not provided, can be set up near if more sleeping space is needed. Pet pen in a small yard. Larger yard space shared with other guests. The space has views of a ranch and hosts deer, chickens, and other animals roaming through. This is NOT an isolated area, but stars can still be seen and day trips to hiking, water activities, wineries, breweries, and city adventures are all a short drive. Camper life is full of adventure, bugs, and memories. A camper, or RV, is chilly when it is cold out and warm when it is hot out. When bugs are in the air and doors open, they find their way in. There is a grill, outdoor kitchen, sink and fridge opening attached to the rear of the camper, picnic area, and seating spots outside to be your little home away from home and make some great memories. Whether you're visiting family, attending a nearby wedding, or simply in need of a peaceful getaway, JollyRV is the perfect place to unwind. This laid back RV offers the best of both worlds, an outdoor space to relax and a comfortable interior. While outside enjoy the soothing sounds of nature. Settle into a chairs with a good book, fire up the grill, or head to the (Shared) gazebo for an evening at the fire table or under the stars. Enjoy sipping your coffee while watching curious deer and local wildlife wander by or relax in a hammock to the sounds of roosters. Inside, the open layout features a compact kitchen, complete with all the essentials. The open interior gives you that at home feel in an RV. ** Please note, drinking water provided in a 5 gallon, under sink, marked spigot. Ask for more if needed. Camper water is safe for bathing. (It can have an odor at times, but is safe.) You have access to the full RV, a small yard space, small pet pen. and shared access to a grill and a gazebo with fire table, chairs, and hammock. We live quietly at the back of the property and fully respect your privacy. You're welcome to reach out if you need anything during your stay, but otherwise, we’ll leave you to relax and enjoy your time at JollyRV. Jolly Cabin is also for rent on property.
