Make memories on our 106 acre Family ranch/farm offering several “Rooms with a view”. Experience the country lifestyle without all the sacrifices. Recharge, re-energize your mind, body and spirit in this tranquil, private setting. Watch the wildlife including deer, hogs, geese, ducks and an occasional Bald Eagle. The sunsets are truly magnificent, stars are bright (no city lights). Fire pits is are provide (wood available for purchase or bring your own) fishing for bass, catfish or perch (catch and release only) Things to consider: 1) Fishing is Catch and Release only 2) Farm animals make noise (roosters crowing, goats bleat, cows moo and coyotes howl. 3) Buy our Almost famous Dill Pickles. Made with farm grown Armenian cucumbers. A real hit with our hipcampers. 4) some farm fresh eggs. Our free range chickens work hard for our hip campers. 5) Our charcuterie boards are legendary (can’t miss) 6) Two State Parks within 30 minutes for additional hiking (Tawakoni State park and Cooper State Park)

Glamping tent overlooking 8 acre lake amidst a private setting on a 106 acre farm. Tent has ac/heat, Wi-Fi, TV with streaming service, small fridge, coffee maker, ice maker, queen size bed and queen sized sofa sleeper. Communal Outdoor shower (seasonal) and porta potty. You will have access to a Large Outdoor kitchen/grilling station. Tranquil and quiet.

The Back 80 site is located on back side of our 106 acre ranch. This 13’ Bell tent is situated on our back property and offers a very private location. Plenty of Dark skies at night for star gazing. It’s sits Inside a pasture that contains a large pond and fencing to keep our cattle out and from disturbing your campsite. Deer are a common sight on the back 80. Amenities will include: 13’ round bell tent already set up with Air mattress (bring your own sleeping bags) Solar laterns Firepit and 2 chairs Some solar lighting Porta potty Trash bin Bring your: Sleeping bags and your camping gear Cooking gear Potable water

Greenhouse 5th wheel RV. This 39’ 2018 5th wheel RV is situated close to our greenhouse and sits about 120’ from our from front door (semi private). Perfect for someone who wants a farm experience but not necessarily a total camping experience, as it has proximity to the goats and chickens along with our tomato greenhouse. Watch our chickens free graze, right outside your door, and visit the goats in next pasture over. Amenities include: A/c units in master and living, Queen bed, Pull out queen size couch Full bath with toilet and shower, Full kitchen with fridge and microwave, Wi-Fi, Streaming tv in master bedroom and living, Pull out couch, Firepit area and outdoor chairs, Potable water,

This trip was so amazing I almost don't want to review it so it can stay out little secret! Lol. The pond is a beautiful view and the land is perfect for letting the pups run their energy out. The hosts thought of every detail you need in order to just show up with your personal items and have an amazing glamping experience. We will absolutely be back.

Beautiful scenery and truly felt off the grid but with all the amenities you need! It was just what we needed to decompress in nature without having to pack the entire house to camp out!

Fantastic getaway location from Dallas! Both of my young kids had a great time. Jeff was very kind and helpful. We loved exploring the property, using the boat, petting the goats, roasting marshmallows and watching the sun set and the stars come out. Strongly recommend!

We absolutely loved everything about staying here! Jeff was a wonderful host!! He was so nice and helpful but not invasive at all!! He has thought of so many things big and small to help make your stay more enjoyable!! There is Heating/ AC, Wi-Fi, indoor sink to wash hands and brush teeth, outdoor shower, hammocks, a canoe and so much more..the grass is even green and beautiful all around the campsite. We are already telling all our friends about this place !!!!
