Welcome to the wild edge of West Texas. Located near the historic ghost town of Juno, this property sits where the rugged Edwards Plateau meets the vast Chihuahuan Desert. The land is wide open and untamed—rolling limestone hills, native grasses, mesquite, and big Texas skies that stretch forever. This is true off-grid country: quiet, remote, and far from city noise. Days are filled with sunshine and open space, while nights bring incredible stargazing under some of the darkest skies in Texas. Wildlife is part of the experience—you may see deer, birds of prey, and other native species moving through the land. With no nearby town services and minimal light pollution, this is a place to unplug, slow down, and experience the raw beauty of West Texas as it has existed for generations. No camping between Nov 15-Dec 15 (hunting season).The Windmill site is situated at the top most area of the property. It is next to the well for easy water access. This site is very rugged and has no amenities other than the proximity to the well and a wildlife observation.
