($5) Bring your pets with leash. Most people come as long term residents. Long term Monthly license fee is $550 with water electric and sewer included. All RV Lots have all been upgraded to 50 amp hookups. If you have 30 amp you will need a reducer sold at lot of stores. Each lot has its own covered picnic table. We have a laundry facility on site with restroom. Our RV lots are 50' X 100'. Lots of parking room for boats, 4 wheelers and other toys You can fish, water board and jet sky on the river.
