Experience the charm of camping in Zapata, Texas, where our unique campground offers a variety of accommodations, including RV sites, tent sites, and cozy motel rooms or park models. Nestled in Falcon Mesa, our location is just a stone's throw from the mouth of the Rio Salado, a scenic tributary of the Rio Grande, providing a picturesque backdrop for your outdoor adventures. Zapata is renowned for its proximity to Falcon International Reservoir, commonly known as Falcon Lake, a popular destination for fishing, boating, and swimming. The area boasts a rich blend of Texan and Mexican cultures, allowing visitors to enjoy some of the most authentic Mexican cuisine this side of the border. Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat or an action-packed getaway, our campground is the perfect base for exploring the natural beauty and vibrant culture of the region. Enjoy outdoor activities, browse local shops, and savor delicious dining options, all while immersing yourself in the stunning landscapes that Zapata has to offer. We love our snowbirds! Whether you're staying in your RV, camping in a tent, or relaxing in one of our cabins or park models, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
