Inspired by the river feature it’s named after, Eddyport is your sanctuary to restore both mind and body. We offer two thoughtfully spaced sites: - One for a van or small pull-behind camper - One for tent camping under the open sky **Water and electric hookups** are available, and every guest can enjoy our rustic rock fire pit—with free firewood provided to make evenings even cozier. **Important notes:** - While the space is quiet and restorative, the sites are **not fully secluded**, and we ask all guests to **respect our neighbors**. - **No excessive noise at any time**, and please observe **quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM**. You're just minutes from adventure: - **10 minutes** to **whitewater paddling** and the **Great Smoky Mountains National Park** - **40 minutes** to **Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Sevierville** - **1 hour** to both **Knoxville** and **Asheville** Whether you’re here for the thrill of the mountains or the stillness of nature, Eddyport is your place to pause, reflect, and recharge.Welcome to your cozy van spot — a peaceful retreat tucked away on a mostly level gravel pad, perfect for vanlifers, road trippers, and weekend explorers looking for a quiet stop with modern comforts close by.
