Quiet location, easy to access level camp. Well maintained. Shame the creek was a bit overgrown in this hot summer season.
We could hear a few cars and the campers at the other site occassionally but only because the area was so quiet. Mark was very helpful and communicated well.

We loved setting up our Caravan for the very first time here, peaceful, quiet & clean.
The gentle moos of the “locals” made for a very relaxing weekend with our puppies

Mark greeted us on arrival and was very warm and friendly, got us to our campsite and pointed out what’s around, then left us to it! A lovely quiet property with plenty of trees which we loved to hang our hammocks in! The creek was very nice to swim in too! Would definitely consider coming back again!

We had a great time at Emu Creek Campsites. Mark is a top host, being very easy going and accomodating to request with quick replies to questions. We camped at the Bakersville site which Was private with its own access down to the creek. Even though it is quite dry at the moment the creek is flowing. The other campsite is about 250m away and didn’t hear peep from them. Bakersville is a large level site that would easily accomodate 4 or 5 caravans so I can see us returning with friends and all the kids for a group camp (if allowed). There is plenty to explore in the local area if you want to venture away from camp.

Beautiful spot, especially after the rain. Nice and private and quiet. Kids had plenty of room to run and ride their bikes, were entranced by the calves and horses and played down in the creek. Mark was lovely and welcoming and gave great directions to his place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at BB’s Hollow, it was quiet, breezy and well shaded. The fire pit is really cool surrounded by boulders. The grounds had some very good flat spots and was well mown. Directions and access were no troubles.

Tranquil spot amongst the trees resting above the creek. It was easy to find and instructions took us right to the spot. Beautiful views and despite there being other campers, wouldn't have even know they were there!

We absolutely loved the Bakkerville site at Emu Creek. Plenty of room for a large group. Still felt isolated the whole time, even when there were other campers at the neighbouring site. Swimming down at the creek was great to cool down in the afternoons. Was awesome to have cattle approach so close too in the paddock next door.

We had a fantastic time at Mark’s place, and he was a great host. He even came over for a beer Christmas Eve to say Gday! The campsite was private and peaceful, and we could easily come and go as we pleased. If we’re ever in the area, would definitely come back.

Absolutely amazing weekend away. 100% would recommend this spot, close to town, plenty of room for the kids to run around and do kid things.

Perfect for our overnight stop. Large level grassy site to setup. Mark was a great host. Firewood was waiting at our site with paper and twigs to get it started 👌🏼 in time to watch the sun go down over the mountains.

Great spot, huge level area. Be great for a group but we were on our own. Gorgeous big natural fire pit surrounded by stones. Beautiful sunrise & sunsets. Mark was waiting when we arrived. Left us in peace. Close to the road & house but very private. Easy walk to the creek. Pity it had weed coverage, couldn’t be helped. Would love to see it when clear. Would go back. So cheap.

Mark was friendly and gave great directions. He, and Ruby (the beautiful GSP) gave us a warm welcome! Massive private site, flat, lovely view, and an awesome fire pit (only thing that would have made it better would be removing some of the rocks on the other side so you could sit both sides!). Perfect for a couple of nights getaway- definitely suited to self-sufficient campers :)

The area was large and grassy, perfect or camping, lovely in the cooler months, not a lot of shade so would be hot in summer. Very quiet and Mark was the perfect host, showed us the camp and then left us to it! Would highly recommend and we will be definitely be back

We had a great night staying at BB’s Hollow. The grounds are well kept with a track mowed down to the creek. We loved the fire pit and all communication with Mark was positive. We’ll be back!

We loved this place for the piece and quite. Our host Mark was very friendly and met us at the gate and took us to camping spot. We camped with friends and we had a great time. Small amount of rain but that didn't stop us having fun. We would recommend this place and we would definitely book again 😀
