Just what I look for in a site.
The site was very easy to get to right off of Rt 30. Eric and Vicki happened to be outside when I arrived and Eric kindly guided me as I reversed into the RV site with full hookups. The view out my door (passenger side) was an open field..with trees surrounding, hiding any neighbors who may have been in the distance. It was perfect for me to set up my dog corral with my chair and chill. There was a picnic table available for use on a nice stone/paver platform. On the hookup side of my RV is their garage/home with equipment, but other than once, I heard nothing from over there and had no reason to be on that side of my RV once I was hooked up. There was a wide, mowed path leading to a tent sight I am guessing, but with no one there, it was a nice little loop where I walked my 4 furry travel companions. I could see another site with campers boondocking and tent camping through the trees, but I never heard them. From the word hello, I felt Vicki was an old friend I had not seen in years and truly enjoyed my conversations with her. I had a relaxing, productive (had to work) weekend, and left early Sunday. I will definitely return!
