The place is OK but I the host is dealing with some kind of mental health issues and made it really uncomfortable for me to stay because the guy could not keep his mind on point and he also had kind of like bipolar type disorder. He said one thing and then he said something else and then act like he didn’t say whatever he said before it just makes things difficult to communicate with the house.

Very quiet area. Great spot. And lovely scenic routes not too far. Your very close to Arkansas and Missouri and there is a mountain and cave approx 30 to 45 mins from the camp.

Great place to get away for the weekend. Make sure you bring water. Michael had the fire build and ready when we got there. Would stay again.
We stayed one night traveling through. Ended up arriving at midnight and Michael gave great instructions and left a light on for us. Definitely would stay again.
Fairly private site that was very nice.
Directions need to include distance from paved road.

I loved that this place was secluded and quiet. I also very much enjoyed the fire pit. I appreciated that the wood was provided. My son and I had a wonderful time there. Michael was great. Thanks!
Mike was very helpful and let our kids pet and hold his baby sheep
Michael is an awesome host! Had many suggestions on where to dump our waste tanks. The site is great, large fire pit, large table. Very private, only saw about 4 cars on one of the days we spent there. No ticks or chiggers on our 3 day visit. Hope to be back!

Fantastic get-away on a peaceful plot of land.
Michael was nice to work with and set us up great.
Found some trees perfect for a hammock, hiked down the rock trail, made a campfire cake, had camp coffee and enjoyed the scenery. It was my kind of party. Camper was in good shape, smelled and looked clean. Having a flushable toilet, a queen size bed to sleep in, and the option to use the stove were all very convenient (especially with a 4 year old). Great place for the price, I enjoyed the atmosphere and it was peaceful and fun. Host was responsive.
I loved camping at Michael’s farm bc it was very secluded and quiet. The place was easy to find and he even had a fire burning when i arrived! There were a few options available but so peaceful

I had a great time! It's a great spot for car camping. There were lots of trees and birds, and the camper was really convenient. It had a toilet, shower, and sink that were welcome conveniences for the three night stay in my tent.
The views were beautiful. I'm definitely coming back.

The mowed paths around the garden are a nice touch!
Michael is a thoughtful and considerate Host! My doggo Olive was in heaven, off leash.

My first time camping at a HipCamp site. Michael was very helpful and the site was prepped for our arrival. Just two old friends wanting to have a place to enjoy the quite and solitude offered by Michael's site. We plan return in the future and hope Michael will host us again.

Beautiful little spot off the beaten path. Really enjoyed our stay. Owner was very pleasant and so was his dog… who became good buddies with us especially after he had a few hot dogs 😉

Great spot! Quiet and easy to find. Michael was very hospitable. There was level ground for tents, a nice fire ring, and there was a camper there for us to use the bathroom in. We'll come back, and I look forward to finding my way to the creek next time.

I loved the fact that it was fairly quiet out there, it was a really peaceful stay. Michael was VERY helpful with making sure we had everything we needed. He had wonderful communication & always answered the phone if we needed him as well. Will be definitely adding this campsite on our list to revisit!

Great camping site. Area was equipped with running water and electricity. It was well maintained and large enough to accommodate our 2 vehicles. Our family of 5 and our 2 dogs really enjoyed our stay! Definitely recommend this site!
