Morganton Primitive Campsite

On our property you will be in a dense forest on 10 acres of land that we just purchased in 2019. These primitive campsites are a clearing in a dense forest. Site 1 is close to the house and road. There is a wide path for you to walk into Campsite 2 which is a 2 minute walk. You will not be able to see our house or any neighbors. You may see a deer, turkey or a very rare sighting of a bear on our property since we are surrounded by game lands. You will experience privacy and peacefulness on our piece of land in the foothills of Western North Carolina. Morganton is a quaint town with shops, restaurants, and breweries downtown. Perfect location 1 hour from Asheville, Charlotte and Boone. Nearby are Linville Gorge hiking area and Wilson's Creek Scenic River best known for trout fishing, hiking and whitewater kayaking. Don't forget the OHV trail for going off-road with your Jeep, Motorcycle or other UTV. Passes are sold nearby. We are only 5 minutes to a gas station and 15 minutes to downtown Morganton and a Super Walmart in case you forgot something.
