This Cozy Cabin is the perfect place to getaway! Set on 80 Acres of beautiful grasslands & woods with trails to explore! Close to NY & VT Hiking/Ski Mountains & SPAC. Only 30 mins to Saratoga Springs Race Track & Lake George! Bring your snowshoes in the Winter to explore the 80 acre property. Queen size bed upstairs & a pullout full size bed in the living room. Reconnect with nature with a good forest bath! Well water not potable & has a sulfur smell due to the clay. Drinking water provided via Reverse osmosis filtration.This Cozy Cabin is the perfect place to getaway! Set on 80 Acres of beautiful grasslands & woods with trails to explore! What to expect

You'll have this Hipcamp all to yourself.

Campfires allowed
Firepit, communal. There is a communal fire pit to be used by any guest. Depending on supplies we may or may not have firewood for the firepit . Recommended to bring your own wood for fires just to be safe.
Toilet available
Flush toilet. Normal toilet with indoor plumbing
Pets allowed
Off leash, on leash. Dogs are allowed off lease but there is a road nearby the cabin, the back fields are much farther from the road and ideal for dogs to run and play. (We do have a friendly med sized dog Bell who roams around off leash and will most likely come and visit you throughout your stay. If your pup does not play well with others please do not bring them.)
Potable water available
Bottled water or jugs. Spring water in 5 gallon water jugs, well water is not for drinking.
Showers available
Hot water . There is a shower inside the cabin as well as an outdoor shower both have hot and cold water.
Bins available
Compost bin, recycling bin, trash bin. Compost goes to the chickens, there is also a trash can as well as a recycling bucket in the cabin.
Cooking equipment present
Bbq, private, oven, stovetop or hot plate, fridge, cookware, cooking utensils, dishware, cutlery, basic seasoning and oils, sink or other dishwashing station
Picnic table present
Many picnic tables on the property for guests to use

The “Little Dipper” Cozy Cabin
My wife and I had a blast staying at the little dipper! The dog Bell, all the chickens and just the peace and quiet. My wife and I are also not huge on intermingling with people and Pete and his wife were very respectful of how I am hahaha I would definitely go back. It's a beautiful spot!

Adorable cabin that has everything you could ever need! We even got fresh eggs! The family was so welcoming (including a very sweet brown Labrador). We had a perfect stay! Thank you for everything!

Tiny Home Paradise “The Big Dipper"
We absolutely adored tiny home camping here! We stayed with our doggos and it was so serene and cozy! The land is beautiful and has many swimming lakes and a gorgeous hike on the property. The beds are warm and comfortable perfect for after a long day of hiking! Even the outhouse was cute. Would recommend to all our friends! 10/10

Omg it exceeded our expectations it was so cute and had so many instruments for us to play on our rainy day! Very cozy & it helped that we could control the temp! Our pupp had a great time! We loved it no complaints! Great hosts, very sweet ppl!
