Rural setting on a 163-acre farm in Truxton, NY. The farm and surrounding area include the following: Large campsite with fire pit and room for setting up additional tents for camping for an additional fee ($20). Fully furnished camper with running water (not drinkable), electricity (via generator when running, gas provided as part of listing price), and air conditioning. Beautiful views Tioughnioga River access DeRuyter Lake (15 miles) Several streams with native brook trout Kayaking Morgan Hill State Forest Finger Lakes Hiking Trail Mountain bike trails Tinker Falls Labrador Unique Area (kayaking, fishing, hang gliding) Highland Forest (hiking and horseback riding) Some hiking and fishing directly on the farm with permission from the farm ownerValley View site is as it sounds, a spectacular view of Spring Valley Farm situated in Truxton’s beautiful valley. The site is equipped with a 5th wheel size camper that is fully furnished, has running water (not drinkable) and electric. There is plenty of space to set up tents, yurts, etc. for an additional fee. Fire pit with firewood (firewood included in price) and two chairs are stationed just outside the camper. The camper awning is also functional. Come have a peaceful stay with us!

Valley View
I had a fantastic stay at this private campsite! The property is peaceful and well-maintained, making it a great place to unwind. The camper was clean and thoughtfully laid out, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The best part were the hosts, who were friendly, responsive, and genuinely good people. If you're looking for a private camping experience, with a peaceful atmosphere, I'd definitely recommend staying here!
