Simplicity at its best!
This is a fantastic place that is easily accessible and with level ground.
The surrounds are peaceful, secluded and surrounded only by nature.
The fire pit and wood supply is very generous in size and the nearby flushing toilet is a bonus.
Lynton is a great host and and made this a very simple and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend.

Great little campsite. It sits at the bottom of a small hill in front of a creek. Its the only campsite so it feels nice and secluded. Only a short walk to the toilet and water. Lynton is lovely and his dog Gemma is gorgeous. Hopefilly will camp there again soon

We had a great time camping there. It has a nice view, space and it's isolated enough. There were a lot of kangaroos nearby.
There was a flushed toilet just 1 min walk, and water.

Camping by the creek
Lynton has a very beautiful property with two exquisite sites by a little creek. There is privacy, space, and peace. The area is shared with many birds and dozens of wallabies.
We loved you our short stay not far from Canberra and are very happy to award top marks or maximum stars.

Campfires & starry nights.
Great stay at Abbeybrae -The Park. Host Lynton is easy to communicate with and welcoming on arrival. Campsite was spacious and ideal for our camper trailer. Enjoyed being close to National Park and the stars at night were sensational. Felt at ease and comfortable there with our kids, would go back for another visit.

Beautiful, quiet, nice campsite. Kangaroos around. Great welcome party - a gorgeous, friendly Border Collie named Gemma. Lynton and his wife are lovely and very helpful. He even got the fire going for me! Hope to return

Lynton was an amazing host, very welcoming and quick and easy to communicate with. The camp is just beautiful, camp fire under the stars at night with the sound of the stream in the back ground and waking to the kangaroos passing by at sunrise, just perfect! We are very much looking forward to our next stay.

Outback Camping at it's Finest!
Lynton and his trusty "site manager" where very welcoming to the campsite. Lynton ran us through the amenities and gave us information about the surrounding areas to explore. Lynton was an exceptional host!

Just perfect
I often don’t write reviews, but the range at abbeybrae was just amazing!
Lynton was so welcoming and thoughtful, we arrived late in the day and a welcome fire had already been lit for us! On top of that, lynton ensured our camping spot was dry from all the rain - this going above and beyond!
Abbeybrae is a gorgeous and private place to unwind in amazing countryside. Wonderful weekend away, would Love to come back!

Perfect weekend camping getaway.
Host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, with clear communication and directions. Site was fantastic and , while still being close enough to a toilet.

My friends and I had an absolutely lovely and relaxing stay here. It was great to have the whole place to ourselves and enjoy the peaceful, magnificent views of nature. We loved waking up each morning to the laughing of kookaburras. Lynton was very friendly, welcoming and helpful host. Thank you!
