Nestled on three picturesque acres surrounded by lush farmland, our property offers a unique camping experience with both RV and tent sites. Our signature red gable roof barn serves as a charming landmark, setting the stage for beautiful sunsets and serene countryside views. Camping Options: - RV Sites: We have one spacious RV site located near the barns, providing convenient access to electricity. While we don't have direct water hookups at the RV site, water fill-up is available. - Tent Sites: Tent campers are welcome to set up anywhere in the grass behind the barns, giving you flexibility to choose your perfect spot. Amenities: - A cozy fire pit for evening bonfires - A play structure for kids (coming soon!) Activities: - Relax and unwind in a peaceful setting - Enjoy bonfires under the stars - On clear nights we can get the telescope out to look into outer space - Join us for movie nights projected on the barn Pet Policy: We love pets and welcome them at Three Happy Turtles. Please ensure to clean up after your furry family as we often walk barefoot around the property. Local Attractions: Don't miss out on the delectable treats from Oh MI Organics chocolate, a local favorite! Safety and Guidelines: - Please avoid entering the barns without our presence, as some areas inside are uneven. Unique Features: - Our property is known for its stunning sunsets that you won't want to miss. About Us: We may be new to hosting but Audrey brings a wealth of knowledge with a bachelor's degree in hospitality, years of restaurant and hotel experience, and a deep love for travel and the outdoors. These sites are a grassy, farm-style backyard by a beautiful, gable roof red barn. Pick a tent spot, enjoy a bonfire. Easy access to a water spigot and we happily provide firewood next to the fire pit. There really is something special about the sunsets here too. We find our backyard to be a peaceful and charming space!

We loved our night with the 3 Happy Turtles! Audrey greeted us and was so welcoming and nice. She even gave us fun recommendations for food nearby and offered to do a bonfire or movie night. So sweet! The spot by the barn is so magical, peaceful and quiet. The sunset was beautiful and just what we needed on our trip across the country!

RV Site by the Barn
Audrey's place was just what we needed for a nearby event! They had a water hose for us to fill up our tank before parking next to the barn and electricity hook up available for our travel trailer. We love that they were pet-friendly so that we could bring our pup with us. The family was very friendly and kind, the sunsets are beautiful, the surrounding farm land was peaceful. Thanks for a great stay - we will be back soon!

I really enjoyed my weekend at three turtles. The area for tent setup was felt very private. I enjoyed a day of hiking at a nearby park and the Saturday morning farmers market. The site was off leash friendly, however, there is a fairly busy road close by and lots of critters so you would need to have a solid recall. Cassidy enjoyed several spells of the zoomies! Thank you for the hospitality.

charming farm with plenty of options to camp. easy to find, far enough out it’s quiet but not too far from amenities. fortunate to visit during a breezy few days where the surrounding mint farms made for a pleasant aroma at all times! host was responsive and welcoming. i will be back next time i'm thru the mitten state

Audrey and Nick’s place was great! They providing me with electricity so I could stay warm in my tent on these cold December nights. And it was wonderful to set up a tent on lush grass! I could see myself coming back again when it is warm to enjoy the fresh air and the company of those staying with me.

Camping on Audrey and Nick's land was affordable and wonderful. Audrey and Nick are lovely, kind people who were communicative and helpful, and I felt very safe staying there for a night. They have some mint on the property they let us pick, and the drive back to our site- the night air smelled amazing. I had good cell service, and they were completely fine with us coming back very late and parking wherever. I'm glad we were able to stay!
