Earn this patch by being the first to spend a night outside at a new Hipcamp.
Bring your own RV, camper, or travel trailer. We provide the gravel pad, the 30-amp electric and water hookups, and the location. You bring the RV. There's just one gravel pad on the property, level and a stone's throw from the beach. Available seasonally by request for adults-only stays. Brooks Beach is also our private residence, so the RV pad is run more like a private guest space than a campground. 30 amp electric hookup Water hookup Bring your own RV or camper; Brooks Beach does not rent or provide one on site. No glass or breakables outside the RV. Once glass breaks in sand or shallow water, it cannot be fully recovered, and everyone walks the beach barefoot. Adults only. No children, no infants, no pets. Insurance-required, cannot be waived. Strict maximum of four registered adult guests at the RV pad. Children, infants, pets, day visitors, unregistered guests, and additional overnight guests are not permitted. The four-person limit applies whether guests sleep inside the RV, in a vehicle, outdoors, or elsewhere on the property. No tent camping as part of an RV reservation. For a combined cottage and RV pad reservation, up to four adults may be assigned to the cottage and up to four adults to the RV pad, for a maximum of eight adults overall.
