Site 2 - Alpaca Farm
Phil’s land is amazing!! And so is he!!
His communication was timely and helpful, he answered our questions before booking, met us when we arrived, and was all around lovely. The land is excellent with campsites that have a view of the alpacas. We got to watch the babies and the mamas from our site. Phil introduced us to the alpacas and shared all sorts of interesting tidbits. They are so cute and silly, we had a great time interacting with them. Sites had plenty of space with excellent picnic table and fire pit. The porta pot was clean and well cared for. The store selling the alpaca yarn was super cute. The night sky was brilliant!

We had a great time! Phil and the alpacas were the best, so definitely get the tour if you’re an animal lover. We also stopped into the shop and bought yarn made from the alpacas’ fleece.
The farm itself was really beautiful and quiet. We chose the closest spot to the alpacas. We got to watch the baby alpaca run and play all afternoon! It was nice and level with great views. The port a potty was clean. We would definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed my night tent camping in the field next to the alpacas. It was so peaceful and quiet, equipped with a picnic bench and a stone fire ring. The herd is quiet and I awoke to the sound of the birds and a neighbors chicken. Phil gave me a tour of the farm and an overview of the herd and I enjoyed stopping to his wife’s farm shop to buy some yarn and fiber before I left. Would recommend if you’re seeking a calm and relaxing camp site.

Phil and his lovely wife were very welcoming. It's a really quiet place and the alpacas are so friendly, Val the lama is so curious and smart. We've learned a lot and you can feel that Phil is passionate by his alpagas. I've bought some very nice things in their shop.

We loved tent camping at Phil’s alpaca farm! Tons of space, private, our own picnic table and fire pit. The firewood bundle we purchased was delivered to our site as well. Phil was awesome and we loved seeing the alpacas. The port a potty was clean (a rarity)! Don’t hesitate and book!

Phil and his family were so kind and welcoming and the alpaca tour is 100% worth it, feeding the alpacas was the highlight of the stay and we learned so much! Property was beautiful and porta potty was pristine, lovely grounds to pitch a tent and enjoy a night outside!

We enjoyed our stay. Phil and his wife greeted us, and showed us to our site. Location was easy to find, nice a quiet for the duration of our stay. Grounds were well kept. Would definitely stay again if passing though.

We had a wonderful stay at the farm! The surrounding is beautiful and the animals are fun to observe from our campsite. They have the most beautiful llama I have ever seen. Phil and Vicky were so welcoming. We hope to come back for the festival!

Great camp at Phil's Alpaca Farm.
Arrival was easy. The directions were clear and roads easy to navigate. Phil met us and showed us to the field/site. The camping spot was on grass.
Phil was kind and gave us a tour of the alpaca's. They were cute (but not cuddly). The pastures were well kept and a joy to visit.
Camping was simple. A huge field next to the alpaca pastures. No other people around. We slept in our 23 foot RV. No water/power/sewer, just boondock style. It was quiet and private.
The porta potty was spotless. It even had a little rug - extra fancy.
Overall - an ideal hipcamp.

Phil was an exceptional host and provided a wonderful tour of his alpaca farm where he demonstrated his expertise in the field. The campsite was very clean and secluded with easy access to a porta-potty. 10/10 recommend this hipcamp!

This is a beautiful farm and our hosts, Phil and Vicky, were awesome. Definitely take the Alpaca tour. They're incredible. Huge and very private sites. We would stay here again when in the area.

We really enjoyed the tour of the alpaca farm. Phil was great and was happy to answer all our questions. We camped near the woods for shade. Phil moved our picnic table to our desired location and delivered our pre-ordered fire wood to our fire ring. Portable toilet was clean and stocked with TP and hand sanitizer. The only negative was that there were many flies near our tent. On the plus side they didn’t bite. Phil and Vicki were great hosts. Our family hopes to return and meet more adorable alpacas.

We had a great time at Alpaca camping! It's a well kept, clean, and quiet area, and the host is very welcoming and responsive. It had a little fire ring and good separation between sites when we were there.
Of course, as you'll read the reviews, you'll see the star of the show is Phil and the Alpacas. We learned a ton about the Alpacas and got to hang out up close. Definitely would return - maybe in Fall for the Alpaca festival.

My family and I loved camping out with the Alpacas! Phil and Vicky are amazing and kind people who have a love for Alpacas and want to share that with others! We are so blessed to have had the opportunity to be apart of their farm by camping on their beautiful land along with a tour of their beautiful Alpacas! Phil’s place is a wonderful spot to camp with kids! It was so much fun meeting the alpacas and he even had a small play set. Everything was clean and well set up.

Perfect camping spot, especially for young families. My two young kids loved being right next to the alpacas and there was an old playset with swings and slide right next to our spot which was helpful to keep them busy while we set up camp. Phil was a welcoming host and was kind and patient with my very excited kids that got to feed the alpacas. As other reviews have said cell service is spotty right around there so it's best to download your maps for offline navigation before hand.
