We had a great time at Lisa's campsite! Check-in was a breeze and Lisa was super responsive when we had trouble finding the spot. It's about 100 yards back from a VERY quiet road - we may have seen three cars go by in three days.
The site was flat, wide, and perfect for pulling in our square drop camper. There was a picnic table, which we always appreciate, and an outhouse right on the site - so convenient! The site gets a lot of sun and has some shady spots along the edges, so we found it easy to be comfortable.
There's good Verizon LTE service but we noticed that the signal could get overloaded during the day.
The nearest town is about 15 minutes away and has everything you need, including firewood at Ace or Tractor Supply. Plus a Wawa and Dunkin for coffee, if necessary!
The area was extremely quiet and we felt very tucked away. We really enjoyed our time and would highly recommend Lisa's site to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat! :)

The tent camping at Lisa's land was excellent!!! It was such a lovely spot that we joked we should not leave a review so no one finds out about it! Great views, soft ground and peaceful surroundings are the highlights here. The sunsets and stars are beautiful. Lisa was a great host and we will for sure be returning to this gem of a campsite!

It was a really quick turnaround for an amazing location. Mosquitos weren’t too bad(though it is a swamp so be very prepared). The time of year we went was the beginning if the Sika rut and there were tons of bugles around us, one within 50 yards if our camp! Gorgeous sunsets on clear days, cool to hear the bald eagle cries mixed in with Sika bugles. Clean campsite with tons of level ground. Everything we expected and more. Very pleasant and responsive host as well! 10/10 recommend this spot for anyone looking to camp in the Blackwater area
