It was great and relaxing staying at the Borntrager Dairy. Great site Great Sunrise every morning. Cows before milking alot quieter than I remember on the farm. Guineas around keeping bugs down. If your looking for a peaceful private stay this is it. We will definitely be back

We absolutely loved this spot! Full hookups, tons of privacy, beautiful sunrises and sunsets, and great access for our big rig (45' toy hauler). We enjoyed watching the cows come in and out of the field for milking each day, as well as the funny guinea hens pecking about. The farm store is AMAZING - delicious milk, butter, yogurt, ice cream, eggs, breads, canned goods...I could go on. DEFINITELY make sure you stop into the store!
We spent a week here at the farm and each night we walked down Halstead Rd for a bit to stretch our legs and most evenings we saw an Amish horse and buggy go by which was a fun treat. We enjoyed exploring Yoder and Hutchinson - what a great area overall.
We've stayed at several HipCamps in the last year and this one was our favorite so far. We will be back!!!

Water, electric, and sewer all easily available. Quiet except for the many birds! We were the only campers and enjoyed the private, rural setting. We got there just in time to buy milk (raw) in the dairy store. There were cheeses, yogurt and other delicious items available as well.

We enjoyed the clean and spacious campsite . It was a pleasure waking up and hearing the Grasshopper Sparrows , Dickcissels and Meadow Larks singing. We even got to hear the coyotes yipping in the night . Nice place and nice friendly people . We recommend this place for anyone who wants to relax and rejuvenate in Gods great outdoors. It was nice to see the cows meandering through the grass toward the barn with a beautiful sunrise in the background . Easy to find and a safe place to stay

I thought the host did a really good job of hosting and was very very helpful, the site with the tent as well as the RV site was fantastic! I do think that any site with this owner and this dairy was very good. Please check in with this owner and he will make sure you have good accommodations and that your stay is great. I recommend the gift shop too! I enjoyed the stay and say thank you for letting me stay! 5/5

We were on the rv site. Very easy to locate the property and the rv site. Everything was neat and tidy. Great little farm store and town. We loved watching the cows walk by to and from the barn. Site is very level and ample room for manuerving Our host came out and met us and made sure we were all set

If you love stunning views of the night sky and peacefully quiet days will some of the cutest cows in the world, moo-ve your butt into gear and book a stay at Borntrager Dairy.
For all my star watchers, make sure to head to the Cosmosphere only minutes away during your stay and catch their Night Sky show in their planetarium. You’ll get a sneak peek of that night’s stars above, which makes the view while camping at this amazing farm even better!!
Looking forward to staying again. Can’t recommend this place enough!!

I loved this campsite. Very private,lots of room views of the cows, and a great farm store on top of everything. Loyd was very welcoming. We talked a little about his cows. They are Dutch Belted. I would definitely recommend the Red Barn Hookup.

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your beautiful farm! We enjoyed everything about it… the cows, the hens, the kitties. The sunrise and sunsets were amazing!! You, your wife and family are wonderful people! Your family is so lucky to have such a beautiful home and life. I would have loved to have a life in the country vs. the city. Great place to camp with full hookups available. We spent several hundred dollars in their farm fresh store and I feel like it was worth the price for such good quality. I absolutely loved the iced coffee they had. The woman running the little store was an absolute joy. I don’t think she milks the cows though. Hehe. This is an active farm so it has the same sights, sounds and smells like we have at home. If we are in the area again we would absolutely stay here again and we recommend you do too!

We loved camping at the Borntrager Farm. The cows are beautiful and their onsite store is choked full of delicious dairy products and canned goods. The property is very well maintained and it's a very peaceful setting. Directions were clear and we had no problem getting there.

We loved camping in front of the big red barn and watching the beautiful cattle graze. The Guinea’s were very entertaining. We enjoyed our stay so much that we’ve already booked it for our return trip home.

Loyds farm provided a quiet place for us to rest while road tripping. We have a 30 ft travel trailer which was easily moved on the provided spot. Flat with full hookups. We also got to buy from their farmers market which had sourdough bread, meats, milk, cottage cheese, tallow, honey, and homemade vanilla.

Enjoyed everything about this place. I stocked up on local foods - sour dough breads, raw milk, honey, butter, yogurt and so much more. Try the Cold Brew Coffee - you won’t regret it. In the rare chances I drink coffee, I load it with sweeteners. The hosts were great!

Beautiful spot off of the highway. We enjoyed the views of their beautiful farm and enjoyed watching their cattle heading out to pasture after getting milked. We will definitely plan on staying there the next time we come through.

Stopped with our travel trailer for a last minute, one night stay. Loyd was super easy to communicate with. The hook up spot was easy to find. Super peaceful spot near their cow pasture. Very clean, tidy property - would definitely return if we're ever in the area!

Our stay at Loyd's Land was a very quick one night turn around on our way through; but it was a great place for us and our two grand kids to stretch our legs and enjoy the beautiful farm and quiet atmosphere. We would love to return if and spend more time. Thank you.

We enjoyed our stay. The space was nice and level, and well maintained. Our stay was peaceful, and we enjoyed seeing the animals. The guinea hens were particularly amusing, I laughed every time I watched them run.

What a great place to camp. Arlene, Loyd and their family made us feel welcomed. The land was beautiful and we had plenty of space to ourselves. The views and bird sounds made for a peaceful visit.
We were able to pet the newborn calves and see the dairy cows eating their breakfast. I would go back in a heartbeat!
An unexpected highlight of our trip!
Oh and we bought some amazing beets, pickles and cheeses from the farm store!

This was perfect for our travel- we had been traveling back to Central Nebraska from a long trip to South Texas. The day before we arrived at the Red Barn we stayed in North Texas. Yonder Kansas was the nearest town. The campsite was great as it had 50amp power, and everything else needed at a campsite like water and Sewage site. The Belted cows were all around the farm and were moved in for milking as we left the following morning. My wife visited the store and came away with cheese, bread and many other farm made items. We enjoyed the place immensely.
