Fabulous spot hosted by a lovely couple who welcomed us with their warm hospitality.
We are our way to Alaska from Eastern Iowa and this was our first stop. What a great send off!

Jenice was so kind and very communicative. She made sure I had what I needed and the camping area was very pretty and convenient with easily accessible bathroom and shower access. (Leave water to run for a bit... it does get warm!) The gazebo is super cool and if the fire ban want in effect and winds weren't so crazy on my stay I would have loved to sit around a fire hahaha definitely recommend if you're looking for a quiet place to camp for the night. I slept like a log after long days of roadtripping A+

We had a great stay. It is outside the city, but you can easily get into the Southern Hills Mall area of Sioux City. Jenice is doing amazing things with this property. She has a shower for campers and even a washer/dryer. There is a nice area for a family get-togethers, too.
We had an amazing stay and hope to head back that way before long.

EXTREMELY attentive, communicative, and kind hosts! Electric and water available. Basically, you'll back into one of the driveway spaces near thier garage to connect. The very unique silo swings, sitting area, fire pit, etc, are only steps from your door. The property is located just outside of town. Enough to provide the privacy and beauty of nature but close enough to get supplies within minutes. Unfortunately, the night I chose to book, the area experienced exceptionally high winds and I was unable to take advantage of the cool amenities provided. I barely slept due to my campervan rocking like I've never experienced before (obviously, no fault of the hosts). This was my very first stay using the Hipcamp app and oh boy, do I wish I'd have come across it sooner on my travels! I would highly recommend this spot, especially to families with small children, due to the reasonable rates and unique accommodations. Thank you!

This was a great choice for our fifth night. Laundry, shower, cool grain bin lounge and all the hook ups. The hosts were very nice and helpful. All this and we had it to ourselves. And, eclectic décor as well.

Perfect stop right off of I29! Jenice offered unbelievable hospitality and is just the sweetest ever. We loved the multiple bathroom amenities, and the grainzebo was the coolest hangout spot!

Wonderful little spot away from the busy highway, but close enough to hop right back on when you’re ready to go.
Kelly and Jenices’s land was beautiful and they were wonderful hosts! They were very accommodating and had everything we needed and more! We made use of the large yard to play frisbee with our dog and the silo gazebo to relax on a beautiful day!

A hidden gem! The sweetest couple welcomed us with open arms. We were the only guests, so we had our own private oasis. Full hookups, bathrooms, laundry, wifi, grill, and the cutest “grain-zebo”. They even assisted us in filling up a flat tire. Would highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay here! The hosts are so kind and accommodating and great with communication. This is probably one of the best hipcamp experiences we have had, and we have stayed at several across the country. The property is plenty spacious, with all of the amenities you could need, including a unique gazebo area that was custom built by the owner. If we are ever in the area in the future, we would definitely stay here again. 10/ 10 recommend!

This was such a wonderful, unexpected stop on our trip west. This is a beautiful area and the property itself is full of charm; especially the grainzebo, and outhouse. The hosts were fantastic, and amenities are fresh and clean. Definitely somewhere I would visit again, and recommend you do too!
