Great place to set up camp on a road trip! Very spacious and felt private. Daniel sent detailed maps about how to get to the spot, which was super helpful. There is a fire pit, so I’d recommend asking the host about firewood after you book!

Nice private and quiet place. I had no problems with my low ground clearance car. Fire pit and chairs available but I didn’t use them. The mosquitos are out in July force here, but I was prepared for that. I slept comfortably in my car, and had no issues. I’m sure the site changes through the seasons. I would stay again.

The campsite doesn't have restrooms and alot if bugs, good for RVs but not at all recommend to people who will do tent cam.

I was concerned about the wind but this was well blocked by trees on all sides. It was perfect. Not much could be done about the heat but we managed.

The site was open and private. Much space for my camping equipment. I loved the easy access to the campsite and the closeness of the franchises for the community. We enjoyed every thing about this location at Hipcamp.

Very mellow, quiet, country retreat. Stayed for an overnight on a cross-country trip with my dog — plenty of space to play fetch, set up a camp kitchen, relax, and watch the sunset. Daniel was helpful with maps to my site and checking in to see if I needed anything. Would book again.

Daniel was a great host, was kind enough to open a second site for me and my brother. Directions and communication was spot on.
The site itself was exactly what I was looking for, a place to relax and breathe and enjoy nature for awhile.

The site was pretty secluded, quite clean, and came with a chairs and a fire place with a cooking grill. My friend and I ended up getting our car stuck in the mud as we were trying to leave. Luckily, the owners brother was near the site and was able to quickly tow us out of the mud. I was expecting to have to call AAA, but fortunately did not have to thanks to the owners. I highly recommend this spot.

Daniel was a excellent host. I had some trouble because of the weather and he was very willing to help out. He was also very flexible with where I could set up my tent. The camping area was very open with a nice little creek right behind it.

Directions to property and camp site were very clear. Great view of the stars and sky.

I slept in my car here in their secluded grassy patch, and it was so pretty! There was tall grass and a tree line blocking off any neighboring country houses, and the lot was a far distance from their own place to feel extremely private. The place well kept and mowed, and it was such a calm, pretty morning. I would definitely stay here again - a great price for my quick stay!

Our stay here was amazing! The spot felt very secluded and private. We loved being able to have our dogs off leash and there was ample space for both cars and tents. The only thing I would like to see is a fire ring or pit, as there is not currently a designated place to have a camp fire.
All in all, this campsite allowed us to have a peaceful and relaxing Labor Day weekend away from the crowds while being close to the National Park. We would definitely consider staying again!
