Welcome to your stay in the heart of Garden City’s vibrant Live, Work, Create District — one of the most creative and unique pockets of the Boise area. This property is home to a working jewelry studio, so you’ll be staying on an active property where we are making jewelry daily. During weekdays (roughly 7 am–5 pm), our team is on-site and part of the front lot is used for employee vehicles. Just a couple blocks away, you’ll find the Boise River and Greenbelt — a paved walking and biking path that runs for miles along the water and is one of Boise’s most loved features. From here, you can easily bike or drive into downtown in just minutes. You’re also close to Esther Simplot Park, where you can enjoy or watch river surfing, boogie boarding, paddleboarding, kayaking, or relaxing by the water (there's an equipment rental company onsite called ID River Sports if you're in need). Expo Idaho and the new soccer stadium are nearby as well, hosting concerts, markets, and events year-round. Within a half mile, you’re surrounded by incredible local spots like Telaya Wine Co., Split Rail Winery, Barbarian Brewing, Push and Pour Coffee, Bardenay Restaurant and Distillery, etc. — all walkable or a quick scooter ride away. Scooters and bikes are typically easy to find nearby, and an Enterprise Rent-A-Car is right across the street if needed. Downtown Boise is a 3 minute drive, or 5 minute bike ride away on the greenbelt. For something unique, check out LED Boise just one door down for live performances, or the neighboring glass blowing studio where you can take a class. There’s also a hotel one block away that offers paid indoor and outdoor pool access. Important details: • MUST TEXT UPON ARRIVAL — lot is monitored. Text a pic of your rigs and screenshot of your reservation to 208-671-2886 regardless of time • Fully self-contained campers only (no bathroom or shower on site) • Frost-free water spigot available (let it run for a few moments first) • No power currently (shore power coming soon) • We are situated on a main road here in Boise so please note that there will be some traffic noise • Pets are allowed but you must pickup after them Whether you’re here for outdoor adventure, local food and drink, or creative energy, you’re right in the middle of it all.Our parking lot is paved with asphalt and is pretty flat (with the occasional lump or two). Please be aware that the lot is situated next to a main roadway so there may be traffic noise. Guests can have up to approx. 60 feet in any one of the 3 red squares in the birds-eye-view photo. Please note that this is an outdated google satellite photo and the property has since been cleared of trees and debris and majorly updated. There are no bathroom amenities here so guests will need to be self contained, take gray and black water with them, and leave no trace. You are welcome to use our trash cans before you leave. Our lot can accommodate up to 30 cars and we currently only use between 5 and 10 spots per day so there should be plenty of space for both you and us. If you have a regular vehicle that will disconnect from the camper/trailer, you can park it anywhere on-site. If you have a really big/long camper our preference is that you park in one of the two spots on the left side (or west side) of the property so when you need to leave, there will be no vehicles obstructing your way to exit via the other entry/exit point onto Osage. Really easy in and out. :) Pets are welcome but you are expected to clean up after them otherwise we will need to incur another post stay poo cleanup fee. Lastly, our lot is monitored and anyone who parks without a permit prominently displayed in their window, will be booted. When you arrive you will have access to a little lockbox where you will access your parking pass or passes. Please return them to the box when you are done with your stay.
