This space is for recreational vehicles with water and power ONLY. Not equipped for sewer disposal. There are two sites. Site A is 40 feet in length and provides power for 50/30 amp and has 110v outlet. Site B is about 70 feet in length and has 50 amp power servic There is a picnic table provided as well as a trash can. Quiet and peaceful place outside of town but close to all amenities. Situated halfway between Coeur de Alene and Spokane and within a 5 minute drive to Hiking, biking, or Spokane river access.

Super easy to get to, great freeway access,, drive right to site, pull or back in, water and electric. A perfect spot for a overnight while traveling.

Site was clean and as advertised. It worked fine for our overnight stay as we headed home from a long trip. It wasn’t very private though, so I wouldn’t choose it for a longer trip.

Jeramie was absolutely amazing! He answered every question we had within minutes and the spot was secluded, private, and the view was incredible. 20 minutes from Coeur d’Alene and 20 minutes from Spokane. Would definitely recommend this spot.
