Welcome to our 8-acre homestead ranch, featuring two RV sites less than 5 miles from Silverwood Theme Park. Enjoy the beauty of nature and laid-back ranch life on this 8-acre property, home to horses, cows, free-range chickens, goats, a pig, dogs, and more! We offer animal feeding and farm animal familiarization ("petting zoo") experiences for kids and interested adults upon request and subject to availability. The entire property is fenced and private, with a full outdoor horse-riding arena. We simply ask that you close any gates behind you. Self-serve horse boarding is also available upon request for an additional fee. To maintain our family-friendly atmosphere, we enforce an 11 p.m. quiet hours policy and a strict no-smoking policy. Moderate alcohol consumption is permitted.Includes water hook up, 30 Amp RV connection, septic, picnic table. Camping/RV site area is fenced off with an invisible fence so the dogs on the property do not come into the site. Entire 8 acre property is fenced and private. Enjoy the convenience of being close to Silverwood while experiencing farm life at its best! See chickens free-range, hear roosters greet the sun, cows mooing in the distance and even see an occasional herd of elk grazing nearby.

Pit toilet. There is an outhouse on the property. It's been the workshop and the middle outbuilding. Please use the trashcan for any paper products and keep the door closed to prevent critters from entering. There is a light switch and a shower that isn't hooked up for hot water yet.

The absolute sweetest folks. Great communication and hospitality. It feels like you're in the forest, and a really beautiful area. Super convenient to stay and play at Silverwood. We are planning to stay again the next time we go to Silverwood.
