Mountain View Sip & Stay

The property had a spectacular view and the camper was in good shape. The fire pit area was a great addition with perfect views of the mountains. The best part of the location, it was just 3 minutes from one of our favorite wineries in the area, Doghobble. You have to make it down to their winery and experience the great wines and atmosphere. Plus they have animals! All that being said, I have to add that there was one thing that limited our enjoyment of the property. It may not bother other guests, but I feel I need to contribute my entire experience... The water is from a well and ordinarily that is not a problem, but this water made our skin smell like a roll of pennies, or if you are from the medical field, blood. It had such a bad iron smell that we ended up going home a night early to take a shower elsewhere. The shower pan was orange from the minerals in the water. The host and the management company said it was normal for the area. That may be the case, but we could not handle that aspect. Overall, it was a beautiful property and outstanding location. If you don't mind the water, you will have a great time.

Mountain View Sip & Stay

Really nice camper set up on a quiet back road with beautiful mountain views. Conveniently located to multiple area wineries, distilleries, hiking in the Chattahoochee Forrest, etc. We enjoyed a day trip into Helen to check out the Oktoberfest fun. The camper had everything we needed and everything is really well kept. Thank you for sharing your space with us!

Mountain View Sip & Stay

Everything far exceeded my expectations. Well maintained, large capacity refrigerator, 2 master bedrooms and a pull out couch, provides plenty of room. Many nice touches such as clean bedding and towels, super clean and fresh smelling, grill outside, games, etc, etc.. Amazing mountain view, yet towns are accessible within 15 minutes if needed. Climate controls were very nice with 2 AC units. Showers had good pressure and plenty of hot water. Everything seemed new-ish and in good condition. Also, the owner is very nice, as well as the hosts! Their assistance and communications were tops! Many beautiful parks, trails, and waterfalls are within 30 minutes. Highly, highly recommend! I will definitely stay again!
