Most site have water and pwr which is a plus. No issues with no see ums at all in late sept.
I had a spot all the way in the back that was secluded and quiet.
If you not use to train noise then take a sleeping pill there are trains that pass by at any hour and the horn is loud.
Overall it's a great quiet location not to far from the beaches. To drive on the beach is 32 bucks for non-residents. Craig and his wife are real cool.

Great location! You can bike ride to the beach or Uber. Located in a nice area and we even walked to dinner one night. We enjoyed not only the beach and restaurants but the lighthouse too (about 20-25 min drive). They were great hosts and it was a great camping site! Thanks for having us!

Great campsite! Pacefull and quiet. Big space with full hookups
So close to Flagler Avenue but far enough to be chill.
Craig was so kind and lent me an 30/50 amp adapter that I didn’t have.

The hosts, Lauren and Craig, were very nice and accommodating. Their property is quiet and secluded, but still close to downtown and the beaches. Overall, one of the best locations we have visited.

Craig was a great host, easy going and personable. Staying at Craig’s place was our second Hipcamp experience, and it was everything we could have asked for. The RV space is simply appointed with all the services, and access was unencumbered in our 24’ class-C motorhome. The neighborhood felt safe and provided a great place to walk our cattledog, Indigo. Fortunately Craig’s dog is easygoing and friendly like his “owner.” He tolerated our not so easygoing and not so friendly 11 year old Indigo girl. We would certainly stay here again should we ever find ourselves traveling down the east coast of Florida.

We loved it here. It was so peaceful and quiet. The land is beautiful and well maintained and was perfect for walking our over-excited dog. It was his first ever camping trip in our new to us travel trailer, so he was already dealing with a lot of change. Having his walks be so low key instead of being in a busy campground made it much more relaxing for all of us.
The site was clean, the full hookups were in excellent working order, and there's a trash can and recycling bin right on it which was super convenient.
Craig was very welcoming. We felt safe and comfortable and really enjoyed our little getaway.

Easy area to park the RV and extra vehicle. Very natural setting that really felt like Florida. Dogs were happy to be off leash. Owners were kind and friendly.

Craig was such a wonderful host, he told us about a rocket lauch to see from the streat and a few other remarkable things.
The place is equipped with 30/50 amp., water and sewer.
And a very good italien restaurant around the corner 👍😄
Absolutely great, thanks to Graig and Lauren.

Perfect site for our weekend getaway! Host was fantastic with providing all the info needed for a smooth check in. Full hook ups are always a plus. Neighborhood was great for a relaxing walk with our pup. Location was top notch! Can’t wait to return.

Craig was a perfect host. He came out, showed us the ropes, gave good advice on bike trails, restaurants, anything we asked about he knew the answer too. Great spot, feels “secluded” but easy biking or short drive to all the great stuff NSB has to offer. Highly recommend.

New Smyrna Beach Serenity Now
Our first Hipcamp experience and I would say it was a 10/10! Super quiet (besides the train that went by a couple time, but the kids love trains so they had to watch every time :) )
Super secluded! We have a German shepherd that is highly protective but even he got to relax
There’s a marine discovery center (free) about 5 min away.
The 2nd tallest lighthouse in the country where you can take a tour for about $5 each
(20 min drive)
Really nice beach community about 10 min away , filled with all types of restaurants, hair salons, bars, art galleries,
Nice playground about 2 min drive with an open field (partially gated) for the dog to run.
Dollar general at the end of the road for convenience.
Best part, to be able to come back after a long day of exploring to our own little oasis!

Fantastic location a couple miles from the intracoastal waterway, the beach and all it has to offer. Easy access to bike paths, viewing rocket launches, visiting Daytona, or the many fresh springs in Central Florida. Property is close to town but feels very private and secluded, with lush tropical landscaping. Train tracks are nearby but we got used to that pretty quickly. Craig and Lauren are simply wonderful hosts - we will be back again. Thank you!! ☺️

We truly enjoyed our stay! The site is like a state park plus full hookups! And no noisy neighbors! We really enjoyed just sitting outside with our coffee and/or evening beverage - but don't forget the bug spray (it is Florida after all) It was an easy bike ride to the beach - may I suggest you ride to get there for sunrise - it was spectacular.
Craig and Lauren were friendly hosts - they made sure we had everything we needed and gave us some excellent suggestions for places to visit. Hoping we get to go back soon.

Fantastic RV camp site. Close to the beach and many great restaurants. Very quiet - and the train noise is not a worry. We will be visiting again. Site is level with lots of front porch space with water, 50A and sewage hookups - including hoses.

Plenty of room in a clean, quiet location. Even with an occasional train, it was very peaceful. Beautifully kept, green and lush. Close to everything you want to do in new Smyrna Beach. Lovely hosts. We look forward to returning.

This was our first time using Hipcamp and it was a great experience. Site was level with mature landscape and partial shade. There is a circular driveway so it was nice when leaving as we didn’t have to back out. Craig provided a sewer hose and a place to dispose of your trash which was nice extra. Neighborhood was quiet expect for the train that rolls through at various time of day. It wouldn’t be bothersome but it does blow its horn which is a little jarring at 4am. Not a complaint as I would definitely stay here again just something to consider if you prefer a quieter location. Several shops/restaurants within walking distance and the beach was only about 10 minutes away.

This was a great site! We thoroughly enjoyed staying here! Great property! Excellent location and close to great restaurants, beaches and shopping. The site is very easy to get in and out of and hookups were great! Yes, the train comes through and its loud, but it did not bother us, it passes through pretty quick. We would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again if we are in the area! Thanks again!

Craig is a wonderful host. They are very friendly and very helpful. The property is beautiful and we had an amazing time. Very peaceful and you feel secluded but its also very convenient located and takes very little time to get to the beach and the stores. We would definitely come back.

We have a 40 ft motorhome and this spot worked out perfectly for us. It was level and very easy to get into and the full hookups were convenient and easy to use. Other than the occasional train, as noted in earlier reviews, the spot was quiet and peaceful. There were just a few trains a day and they really didn't bother us. The spot was very convenient to several restaurants and the historic town center - we rode our bikes and felt quite safe on mostly back roads with light traffic. You could actually ride to the barrier island part of NSB, but it is a longer ride over a steepish bridge with heavier traffic, so we decided to drive there. There is a very nice park at the end of the island with a great beach overlooking the inlet. One side allows driving on the beach and the other is dog friendly. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend this spot.
