Deer and sandhill cranes visit daily. 3 miles to Withlacoochee Trail and Lake Townsen Park. Dollar General and gas station 3/4 mile away. Dog ok if kept on leash and cleaned up after. No aggressive breeds due to insurance. Must have meet and greet to verify dog is friendly. There is an outdoor cat on property. Owner and another renter live on site. Long term rentals preferred.
