When the RV is booked, the house would be occupied by the owner. Please note: The POOL is NOT included in the RV rentals. PLEASE READ! No Brevard County locals. ID required for all adults. The space is in front of my house in the driveway. You WILL hear dogs, people, garbage trucks, cars, etc. It is your responsibility to bring ear plugs if that will wake you. Your Class B or C RV (no tents, no campers, 5th wheels, pop ups or class A vehicles) should not exceed 24’ in length. 1 slide out is ok. You will be parked on cement in a driveway with a slight slope. Electric is best served with a generator or solar. I can provide 20 amp service with a normal plug. Water can be provided for direct access or refilling tanks but this is for self contained vehicles only. Any discharge of gray, fresh or black tanks is strictly prohibited and you will be asked to leave. Located 2 blocks from a secluded beach access (across A1A). 1 medium sized dog allowed. Dogs must be leashed when outside of vehicle; no tie outs allowed. Please don’t leave your dog if it will bark while you are away. There are 3 other dogs on the property located in the backyard which is off limits. Pool is not included in this rental.

This large home is located 1 block to a quiet beach. The dog beach is 1.5 miles away. Cocoa Beach/Cape Canaveral/Sport Complex are 25 minutes away. This large house includes: * 3 bedrooms/3 full baths * Dining and living areas * TV and DVD player * outdoor pool with beach platform and patio * fenced back yard * (2) small charcoal BBQ grills * washer and dryer * off street parking for 3 vehicles * some beach and pool toys * high quality memory foam encased mattresses; cotton linens/towels This is a basic house, not a high end luxury rental. A lot has been updated but there is always work being done in the off seasons to further renovate this property. You may see on going external work. We hire professionals who maintain the property. Please note: *ants, spiders, lizards, etc. are all part of living in Florida. You should consider this before booking if seeing any of them during your stay will ruin your vacation. * This is a very windy location and outdoor items (cushions, pillows, leaves, etc.) move around. * The un-heated pool is outside, directly accessible from house. The cleaning schedule is Fri or Sat. It’s a basic pool and there may be bugs/leaves in it. You should book elsewhere if that will ruin your stay. * Lawn is maintained weekly/bi-weekly. It is treated bi-monthly but there could be sand burrs. * The AC has a limiter and will not go below 71 degrees. Please make note. * There will be absolutely NO refunds or discounts after check in for information clearly listed, your lack of reading and or your lack of getting clarification for anything you don’t understand. Questions are always appreciated to make sure this is a good match for you. I want you to RELAX and ENJOY your stay knowing everything up front and before your free cancellation period ends.

PLEASE READ! This is a stationary RV. You must be a non smoker and over 25 to book. No Brevard County locals. You WILL hear dogs, people, garbage trucks, cars, etc. It is your responsibility to bring ear plugs if that will wake you or cause you discomfort. This 2008 Motorhome is 24’ is located in the driveway of my beach house (also for rent). it has a full bed in the back and a single bed above the driver’s seat. You access the single bed by a ladder. You have a kitchenette with a stove top, microwave and fridge. The electric is both AC and DC. While the air conditioning is running, you can charge phones, tablets, etc. You CANNOT run hair dryers, medical devices, flat iron, the microwave, etc. You will trip the breaker so please don’t try. The bathroom has a Rv shower, toilet and sink (uses a holding tank). The hot water tank holds 6 gallons. This is enough for one 10 minute shower. You can extend to 2 showers back to back by having “military showers” (google it). It normally takes about 20 minutes to re-heat the 6 gallons. there is one small mirror above the sink. There are (2) leatherette recliners that have tray tables. *****There is NO WiFI and NO TV.*** Sheets/towels/kitchen items included. Drinking water by inside tap put into bottles. The RV is clean but very simple. It’s not “glamping”, it’s not fancy. Please do your RESEARCH before inquiring. Located 2 blocks from the beach access.
