Your own creek front private lot in a peacefull and safe setting. We are located in a very sought-after creek front area on Fall River Road in Idaho Springs CO. Our whole property sits on 1.5 acres, along side from the National Forest and a beautiful serene creek. The private Hookup area is about .25 acres with a privacy fence. My wife and I live on the property in the house across from the RV but the rental area offers 100% privacy. - Saint Mary's glacier family friendly hiking trail only 10 min up the road. - 10 min to White water rafting and zip lining. - 10 min to world class fly fishing on clear creek river. - 10 min to Indian hot springs - 8 Min to Historic town of Idaho Springs. - 30 min to Loveland ski area, 35 Min to Denver. - Gold mining tours, new mountain bike park and trails and more! WiFi, Dish TV, water, 30 amp hookup. Creek area allowed for fires, fishing and gold panning.Long term or short term year round. RV site is a 1000 sq ft lot with a 32' x 11' hard packed rocks/gravel surface RV parking space with a 30 amp hookup and it is leveled. It includes water, electricity, free wifi, free Dish TV connection (cable), grey water "ONLY" disposal, however there is a sewage disposal facility at the RV campground in Idaho Springs 10 min from the site. Theres alsol a large trash bin. There are no bathroom amenities here, Guests will need to be self contained, take waste with them and leave no trace. You are welcome to catch and keep fish on the creek which has Brook trout and a couple of other species. If you have children please be very careful as the creek has a strong current at times. You can also try your luck at gold panning. Car Quest/hardware store in Idaho Springs sells gold panning equipment as well as fishing gear. Site also includes a gas grill and a fire pit. New addition: Fishing gear and gold pans.

I’ve been torn about leaving this review, not because anything was bad, but I almost want to keep this spot for myself! Eric’s land and camping spot was phenomenal. Great outdoor table, fire pit, and hookups. The amenities by the creek were the icing on the cake! Benches, fishing poles, you name it. This place was great. Eric was a gracious host and checked in with us each day through the app without being intrusive. The parking spot could be a bit difficult to get into for longer campers or inexperienced drivers. I have a decent amount of experience and it took me a couple of tries. Quick access to I70 and good food nearby but Eric had everything we could’ve possibly needed at camp. Such a great weekend!

This was a fantastic spot! Easy access from the highway, yet secluded and peaceful. Eric was a great host. I will definitely book again when we pass thru Colorado!
