Nestled between fruit orchards and wine vineyards along the river in picturesque Palisade, Colorado. The 14-acre campground and RV resort is conveniently located near I-70 and Highway 6, directly off the Fruit and Wine Byway of North River Road. We are only one mile from historic downtown Palisade and located near the world-renowned mountain bike trails, wineries, orchards, and festivals of western Colorado. Choose your site along a vineyard, down along the river, or up on the bluff looking over the river and surrounding peach orchards, and encounter a one-of-a-kind camping experience.

These campsites are located adjacent to the Colorado River, under the shade of tall trees, with views of fruit and wine country. Palisade Basecamp Rv Resort has it all! Each site has a dedicated tent set-up pad that is 9′ x 16′, a dedicated electrical outlet and communal water supply. There is also a portable restroom for these sites, and the shower house is only a short walk up a scenic trail.

What gem in Palisade! As natives, we have camped in many places and own a campground ourselves. PBC is extremely well maintained, beautifully located, quiet and very family/dog friendly. We really enjoyed just walking around the property, there is even a peach orchard on site we got to pick peaches from! The owners are so kind and we loved getting to talk with them at the main office/general store they have on site. There is a winery right next door and the campsite is within biking distance of town. We will absolutely be back, thank you so much!!

Deluxe Cabin - Queen with Full Loft
We did a 2 day stay in cabin C8. We loved it! Very well built. AC was definitely a huge bonus for the summertime. Basecamp was very kind friendly with the nice pool, sandbox, outdoor games, perimeter walking trail, large grassy area & river access

Deluxe Back-in - 50'
Great location on the Colorado River, with a peach orchard on the property and a winery next door! We had full hookups and a picnic table. The sites are very level. The camp store sells everything you need, even beer and wine. It was warm, so it was nice to enjoy their pool. The restrooms/shower house was the nicest I've ever seen. Lots of room. We'll definitely be back!

Great location! If you’re lucky enough to get a spot next to the Colorado River… it’s awesome. It’s a little dusty, it would be nice to have a more graveled area where you park RV.

This RV site had the cleanest bathroom I have ever experienced at a campsite. It was immaculate. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, and the location was beautiful. I definitely recommend staying here!
