Near Mesa Verde National Park
Within a 60-minute drive from the Mesa Verde.
Our property is 12 acres and in a residential development. There are several varieties of grasses and trees. A beautiful acequia flows adjacent the camp site. The area is tranquil, yet only 10 minutes from the center of down town. Due to the fact this is a residential development, we are unable to allow Campers to venture away from their campsite and around the private property. Most activities under the sun are able to be enjoyed in and around town.
We have a Joolca shower system.Our 10x12 Colorado made canvas wall tent is set beneath the Pinion trees, adjacent an acequia that flows 4-6 months of the year May-September . There are 2 Adirondack chairs sit below the vestibule looking over the water and out into the forest. There is a queen bed and bedside tables inside. Gourmet breakfast at your tent may be available on certain days. The site has you positioned for quick commutes to all sorts of nearby fun and eats. Due to this being near other neighboring homes, we are not able to allow campers to wonder away from their campsite. The cleaning fee will be FULLY refunded if the site is left as clean as when you arrived. Regarding the satellite site map, our house is not pictured on this map.
