I stayed a few weeks here it was a great place. relaxing animal hobby farm. They provide a professional built shower and bathroom. Owners were kind and friendly. God bless this place.

It's been wonderful staying here in this property. The owners are very nice people and the property very peaceful. It's surrounded by small farm lands you can bike around and take pictures of different crops. The property has chickens, goats, and a horse. Their outside shower and bathroom are super nice.

We had a great stay here! The hosts were so kind and were so helpful! The bathrooms were clean and it was such a fun spot with all the farm animals around! If you’re a very light sleeper the chickens in the morning could be a little loud but other than that it was so great!

Nice level, private area to pitch our tent. Friendly dogs and other animals. The hosts where very helpful and kind. I wish we could have stayed longer. It was a comfortable place to be.

We only got to stay for a night, but I wish we had longer! Bathroom was extremely clean, animals were all friendly and loved attention, and Mariah was super sweet (we wish we got more of a chance to talk!) 100% recommend this spot, great experience!!

This compact farm is so well organized, as are the guest facilities. The shower house is clean, cute and tidy. The animals are adorable, and the hosts very helpful. We stayed overnight with electricity hookups in a trailer a bit larger than recommended. However, the only issue was a couple of tight turns and height clearance arounda few trees. Their specific instructions for our trailer made it easier. Where there are animals, there will be animal smells, but they were not overwhelming. Lovely place.

I had my small teardrop trailer with me for a quick night as I was passing through this gorgeous part of Western Colorado. It was a perfect spot to rest and relax for the night. The shower house was clean and sparkling with plenty of towels for guests! I loved waking to the sound of the local rooster and seeing ducks, geese, hens, and goats as I packed up. The directions were clear and easy to understand. I will absolutely be back.

What a great place to stay. We were very comfy in our RV trailer with electric and water hook ups. The hosts are such lovely and acomadating people! Our kids loved playing with and feeding all the farm animals. We had a vehicle breakdown while at the farm and Boid and Mariah were very helpful in finding us a mechanic that could get us on the road and even offered to let us leave the truck for a few days if need be. Would highly recommend!

absolutely loved this campsite! we car camped and hosts were so kind, and let us explore their property. bathroom was SPOTLESS! they even provided towels and soap! beautiful sunset at night and felt safe! highly recommend!

We truly enjoyed staying on Boyd and Mariah’s land. We stayed for 8 nights and it was the perfect spot to explore Delta, Montrose, and Ouray. It’s a beautiful area and property with lots of farm animals to befriend :) We loved that there was a shower house facility so we could use less water in our RV. The hosts were super kind and helpful, giving us brochures to decide what we wanted to explore! All in all a great stay and we’d love to go back someday!

If looking for a quick spot then this spot is great. Otherwise barely room for our 30 ft camper. Very cramped. Not a good spot for camping more than a day. No room to put out awning. Did have very clean and updated bathhouse. Also not a good spot if you have pets.

Mariah’s land was an amazing combination of farm life and modern sophistication. The chicken, ducks and dogs are perfect host animals. The hot water on demand was a welcome gift at the end of a long drive.

We enjoyed tent camping at Mariah & Boyd’s! It was quiet and peaceful next to their farm animals as well as a beautiful place to see the sunset and night sky. Boyd provided us with some wood. There was a clean bathroom with hot water. Would recommend this spot to anyone passing through!

I loved camping here! The hosts were super nice and accommodating, we were greeted upon arrival, the site is organized and clean, we even got a table and a lamp. Its nice and secluded but still feels safe. There is potable water right next to the tent site and a nice horse and a couple of goats in the enclosure close by. The bathroom and shower facilities were super nice! Definitely worth the money and more!

Honestly wish I could’ve stayed longer. Got here a bit late, around 9pm, after coming from Denver to stay for a night before a backpacking trip in Telluride. Directions said to go straight to campsite upon arrival so I wasn’t imagining that I would be disturbing them. Despite getting there late, and hopefully not disturbing our host, we received a very friendly greeting and was told that there were shared bathroom accommodations— indoor shower, sink, toilet— and we could use that. Bathroom towels and hand towels were provided, and it was a very nice setup. The campsite itself was right next to a spigot and very easy to find. I really enjoyed this place and our brief meeting with the host was very pleasant. We left fairly early the following morning to get a good start on our hike but really wanted to share that the campsite was nice and flat, very friendly host, and great accommodations. Thank you so much for sharing your space with us, I would highly recommend this to others. Lovely stargazing too.

We loved tent camping three nights on this small and cozy ranch which was located just outside Delta. The location was fresh and rural with very friendly hosts and animals. This is a small Hipcamp with 1 tent site and 2 yurts, that are well separated. The rest-room house was modern and very comfortable. Everything was great!

This place is worth double what you pay. It has a sweet bathroom facility that is super clean and has a shower. The tent spot is on grass and has a metal fire pit with free wood.
The host was very friendly and we felt welcome there. There are animals so if you can get past the slight smell and that the dogs sometimes bark then Id stay here in a heartbeat.

Amazing hosts. Alice Marie and Boyd gave us the full tour of their homestead and the yurts (available on Airbnb). We were able to find alternative parking with a rooftop tent. (Like 4 ft away, not a problem). Boyd cut us up some firewood and we were off to the races. Honestly, I'd stay here for the wonderful people. Potable is next to fire pit and tent site, well tap and hose.

The tent site was great! We hit this spot in the midst of a long trip and it was a great oasis for rest. The grass was soft and the tent site was cleared well. Mariah provided a good bit of firewood, and the shower house was a highlight of our whole trip. Would definitely hit this site again if I'm in the area!
