You've found it — a beautiful riverside campsite on our private 5,000-acre working ranch in Southern Colorado.
Nestled among mature trees along the Alamosa River, this peaceful campsite offers the perfect blend of nature, adventure, and relaxation. With over two miles of private river access, guests can enjoy some of the best trout fishing in the area, scenic walks along the water, wildlife viewing, and unforgettable Colorado sunsets.
The ranch is located in the stunning San Luis Valley, just 30 minutes from Monte Vista and 35 minutes from Alamosa, where you'll find restaurants, breweries, grocery stores, and other conveniences. Great Sand Dunes National Park is also within easy driving distance, making this an excellent basecamp for exploring Southern Colorado.
Fishing is available on our private stretch of the Alamosa River during the season. A valid Colorado fishing license is required. Fishing access is available for an additional fee, and children fish free. Professional fishing guides are available upon request.
Wildlife is abundant throughout the ranch. Guests often spot eagles, owls, deer, elk, wild turkeys, and many other native species. Birdwatchers, photographers, anglers, and outdoor enthusiasts will feel right at home.
There are several riverside campsites located throughout the ranch, including sites suitable for larger groups traveling together. We also offer a cabin, bunkhouse, and additional camping accommodations on the property.

The ranch owner is a longtime host who loves sharing the beauty of the property. Depending on availability, guests may have the opportunity to enjoy an ATV tour of the ranch, spend time at the shooting range, or simply relax and enjoy a sunset by the river.
Please note: This is a dry camping site with no water, electric, or sewer hookups. Guests should arrive fully self-contained if bringing an RV or camper trailer. Travel trailers, fifth wheels, and pop-up campers are welcome.
