Big open ranch surrounded by citrus orchards with a large swimming pond for cooking off on hot days or enjoying a sunset by. Beautiful oak woodland nestled in the foothills of the Sequoia National monument and some of the largest trees on earth are within a relatively short drive. Lots of hiking, swimming, adventuring on site and nearby. Park your camper by the pond with hookups for power and water. You will see the beach nearby with picnic benches and a shade structure. Paddle boards are available to use. No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk. No black water disposal on site, self contained only. Ryan's hipcanp was clean, shared good views of the surrounding landscape and provided a little oasis while exploring the surrounding area. Directions were clear and Ryan was very responsive. Thanks Ryan!

The directions were clear, the host very responsive. We enjoyed the life of the pond every morning and evenings, all the birds, the cows in the hills. Our dogs had a blast swimming in the pond. It was nice to have water and electricity to the site. Would definitely recommend, we felt alone in the world while being able to drive few minutes to Springville to get a nice smoothie. Thanks for having us Ryan !

I really enjoyed my time here. The pond was amazing to paddle board in and dip in. It felt so secluded and peaceful. I’ll be back for sure!

This location is quite idyllic! The shared pond was beautiful and the campsite is simple but like pulling right up onto the beach. We love swimming in the lake, jumping off the rope swing, and utilizing the bbq/fire pit. Ryan was a friendly & communicative host. The site is just a stone’s throw away from the main house & there is a another house rental up the road. On hot days there is not too much shade but that made us swim more!

Glorious little oasis spot! Set up right next to the pond, next to a perfectly placed willow tree surrounded by mountains on all sides. Ryan was an amazing host. Eager to help with any questions but gave us our privacy.

The Pond campsite is idyllic. It's a beautiful setting on a large pond with lilies, ducks and fish. It's private, secluded and Ryan makes you feel very welcome. It was easy to find the site and we had everything we needed. We parked our Airstream along the bank by great shade tree and spent 4 days relaxing, fishing, bbqing and even canoeing on the pond. It's a great site for a small family or like us a couple looking to get away. This place is definitely a hidden jewel.
