Secluded Mountain Spring and Sunset Pond Camp Escape to your own slice of paradise in the Ouachita National Forest. This 65-acre property of pristine wilderness borders thousands of unexplored acres of national forest, offering the ultimate blend of off-the-grid tranquility and effortless convenience. Fresh mountain well water and clean toilet facilities are only minutes away. Level campsites nestled alongside the tree-covered spring are available throughout the property. Choose one of our numbered campsites or venture farther and find your own private site. In the evening, be sure to hike to the pond and take in a sunset like no other. Campsites are also available around the pond. The property is easily accessible by car or truck, with a designated parking area available for guests. Take time to reconnect with nature and experience the beauty of Ouachitas Meadow Retreat. We look forward to welcoming you!This campsite by the pond gives you a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. Numerous deer bed for the night right outside your tent. Let's not forget the amazing sunset and sunrise. The facilities are a short walk as well as the hiking trailhead along the spring which flows from the national forest.
